The host’s mother was very kind and helpful The location is good We were allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was appreciated

Parking is complicated; it’s better to park on a nearby street if you don’t have a lot of luggage There is air conditioning, but it’s hard to heat the room Very noisy hallway with constant noise (doors opening and closing, banging, showers) from 5 AM to 8 AM The beds are very uncomfortable, old with spring mattresses The bathroom curtain had a lot of mold There is a lot of condensation in the apartment; probably not an issue in summer, but at this time of year, when windows stay closed at night, I wouldn’t recommend staying A shelf and a hairdryer in the bathroom would be useful additions For this price, we have stayed in much better apartments

Nice owner, location is very close to city center, central market and bus station.

Centrally located, near the bus station and still in a quiet street. I got upgraded to a better room.

There was some dust and noise, because of the renovation works.

Clean, well equipped, great location

The other rooms use the bathroom in the corridor and it can be a little noisy.

This is a nice place to stay. I was only there for one night, but I imagine it would be suitable for a few days. The room I got was comfortable and well-furnished, and the windows let in a lot of natural light. Also, I got a friendly owner from the grandmother on the property, and later from the manager. Overall, not a bad option for a short stay in Pirot.

The sound seems to travel in the building. I could hear voices echoing through the halls in the evening, but whether they were coming from above or beside me, I could not say. Also, someone (I hope another guest and not the owner) decided to park their van in the driveway, which made getting in and out a problem. It would have been impossible with a suitcase, but thankfully I was already checked-in by then.

Excellent standard. A bright, large and ventilated ensuite room with a small kitchenette with fridge and fast-heating electric stove. Basic cutlery, dishes and a pot is also provided. The cleanliness was excellent, the owners welcoming and the garden area a nice homely addition. There are plenty of places to safely store bicycles too, and there is good working internet. Very impressed and happy to have stayed here. Would recommend 100%

First of all, the room was very comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. Sanja is an excellent host, as is her entire family. Recommendation for this accommodation !

We had a great time. Sanja is doing everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Whatever you need she will try to provide. The rooms were very fresh and clean. Location is great as well. All in all a great experience ☺

Heating wasn't appropriate for the winter months in this area , I'm sure in summer would be more comfortable.
