How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Perfect location in the city center with convenient parking under the hotel. Great restaurant downstairs with a delicious breakfast. Special thanks to Helena at reception for her warm welcome and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Our receptionist Ivana was very helpful about everything. Location is superb, breakfast is legendary.

The hotel was great, staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, close to all the restaurants and bars and 5 min. away from the zoo and the park.

Parking is tricky. You have to find street parking and know how to pay online using the city websites. The front desk is very friendly and can help you with that though.
The location was perfect, very close to republic pișcă. Lots of restaurants around. The breakfast was excellent - generous portions- a la carte. The beds were very comfortable as well. AC in the apartment we stayed at.

Type of breakfast. It has several alternatives but all of them were very heavy and they did not look as healthy. Buffet would be better option.
Location wise it was excellent. The apartment was spacious and well organised and clean. The stuff was very helpful and friendly.

Some noice from the lively neighbourhood, but it did not bother us.
Everything was excellent. Great location in a nice and lively neighbourhood, with walking distance to shops and many sights, a good choice of breakfast, and the apartment and its facilities was very much to our taste.

Everything was great during our one night stay.
The room was big and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was polite, kind and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant! The location is perfect, near the city centre. Strongly recommend this hotel!

The property was perfect with kids because the there was loads of space and a kitchen. They also had a tv with loads of kids channels with was great. The staff were just FANTASTIC and I couldn’t be more grateful. The receptionist helped us with activities and locations but also made my daughter’s 4th birthday super special at breakfast!

There wasn’t a variety of options for breakfast, almost all the dishes included eggs. The breakfast wasn’t buffet type . The parking lot- garage didn’t look really safe , as there weren’t many security measures
The room was really comfortable. The beds were nice, included the sofa-bed. The design was pretty nice. The location was satisfying , if you like walking , so as to explore the city , this hotel can be ideal. The breakfast was tasty.

Very narrow street for the taxi to stop… but that’s minor thing.
Everything was wonderful during our stay! We arrived quite late, but the self check-in instructions were very clear. The staff was always available on WhatsApp and iPhone Messenger, which was a great help. We easily found the key and the breakfast menu. As a family, we were pleasantly surprised to find that an additional bed was already prepared for us. The breakfast was delightful and delivered right to our room! The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes to any spot in the old town. We truly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return again!

It was not mentioned anywhere that there are only two parking spaces that require prior reservation. This is something that should be mentioned, since parking at a parking lot 750m away is not the most convenient thing, especially for a stay in winter. It was also not mentioned that sleeping is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the stay.
The apartments are really big and comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was very big and delicious. The location is perfect.

When ordering breakfast, the service was messed up several times, and it really took a long time to have breakfast unfortunately. We also specifically booked this location for the advertised attached spa. However, when we inquired about how to access the spa and massage, we were told that we needed at least a day in advance and two days in advance to book the massage. This should have been told in the initial information from the property or at check-in. So we were very disappointed we couldn't enjoy the facilities we actually came for.
The location was really great. It was also nice to have the restaurant on the first floor for breakfast or a drink.
