Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We liked everything. Just need to be prepared to use separate facilities to wash clothes.
Our family stayed at Pronto Apartments for 1 week. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area is very central, you can walk everywhere. It’s a safe and secure building for your car and there is a convenient store next door which was very handy. Krusevac was a beautiful place to visit and we will be back.

Very clean, easy to find, silent zone. Everything was well organised and spotless. The parking spot was ready at the back of the building with key access. The host was friendly and helpful. The building is quite new.

Location is very good right inside city, we walked most of the time to everywhere. Under the apartment there is market. Room was very comfortable every thing was thought and also it was really clean.

We are here for the 2nd time and again everything was perfect. Accommodation is cozy, lots of space, equipped with everything you might need and has a private parking. The host is also very hospitable and kind and we look forward to coming back again.

My friends and I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and a small apartment with a balcony. Great apartments, everything is clean and new. Comfortable mattresses and a choice of pillows. Convenient location, everything is within walking distance. Wonderful owner) who will always tell you where to have dinner or where to go for a walk. Please note! The windows of the 2-bedroom apartment overlook the road and if you are sensitive to noise, it is better to choose a small apartment with a balcony. And a little upset that there is no washing machine in the apartment, we did not check before booking, but there is a laundry nearby.

It’s a small and cozy apartment in the middle of the city center. Everything was clean, AC was a lifesaver in summer heat. Near the house, there is a grocery shop with anything that can be needed.

Maybe the pillows could be thicker, but nothing else, everything was great.
The apartment was extremely clean, the towels smelled of fabric softener :) The place is a small apartment, perfect for a short stay with all the amenities that you could need. And the parking spot was a plus too. The host was great, thank you for the restaurant recommendation, it was delicious! Would recommend to everybody traveling to or through Krusevac!

We loved everything about our apartment.
Ivan, the owner met us at the door and personally showed us around his property. That was extremely helpful and great way to start our stay. He was very responsive to our questions and was an amazing host. The apartment is walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shopping, banks and money exchange. We literally walked everywhere with no issues. The apartment has a great private entrance, elevator and is very modern. We loved the half bathroom as we were a family of 4. We highly recommend this host and all of his properties. Our trip was made so much better because we loved our Pronto stay and the great host.

Fantastic property located in downtown of beautiful city Kruševac. Quiet and clean! Walking distance to museums, restaurants, etc. Ivan is very helpful, checking to make sure your stay is going well. Check-in and out process was straightforward and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

maybe another additional smaller pillow for the bed would be fine for flexibility, and a little bit longer blanket. Everything else is perfect!
Friendly host, speaking english fluently. Parkinig spot is great. Location is great. Two separate bedrooms, two toilets, one separate living room. Everything is like new.
