The water temperature in the pools was lower than labbeled (also in the finish sauna). The coffee at the breakfast buffee was of low quality (more water than coffee). In the shower the sewage was blocked, so that the water stand for a while. We missed in the room free tea and coffee as basis service.

The Spa area was very nice and clean. Breakfast was generous, fresh food. Room was very clean. At the last day our checking out time was delayed and we could use still the spa. Thank you for your generosity and kindness!

Staff at breakfast not very friendly. Ok buffé, but boiled eggs over cooked by approx 30 min. Can not get away from cigarett smoke. Bed super hard and No proper shower in room.

Easy check in and nice reception staff.

Nothing to complain about at the low price

Clean rooms, even had a jacuzzi bath. English speaking staff, buffet breakfast for around €5 and choice of evening buffet. Spa facilities if needed but not used.

Everything is old, a lot of things are broken: shower was clogged and hose was hanging due to a duct tape. On the bad we had only one duvet and 2 completely different pillows, mine was so big and hard, that I preferred to sleep without it. There was a kitchen in the room but you can only make coffee, because in the cabinets you can find only coffee pot, two tiny cups and one spoon. We stayed in standart room, but for mom I rented deluxe one and I think it was better. Anyway it is just not 4 star hotel at all. Maybe if we didn't expect what is shown and written here, we wouldn't be so disappointed.

Unpleasant and unhelpful staff, the recepcionist on the date when we checked in, the rest of the staff were ok. The whole point of the hotel was the available free parking spot. We asked and requested a free parking, expecting to find a place to park, but we were told by the staff that they don't reserve parking spaces and that we were only here for one night. They didn't even want to tell us where to park, just said to find a spot around, which was impossible as we arrived in the evening hours and we didn't have the slightest clue where to park as it was our first time visiting Banja Koviljaca. If you don't reserve parking, at least tell people where they can park, in a kind manner with an appropriate tone. We felt kind of discriminated by the fact that we were staying for only one night (as that was repeated several times during our discussion with the receptionist). There was a parking spot available, but someone double parked and they said "they'll check it out" but never did. Also there was one more parking spot available for electric cars (where they recharge electric cars), we could've been offered that spot. In exchange, we had to circle around 30-45 minutes to find a spot available at night, tired and not feeling well after this incident. The amenities might need reconsideration and upgrade. We would have to take this into consideration and think before reserving a spot at this hotel ever again.

There are several significant disadvantages. Firstly, 1800 dinars for 3 hours of using spa with fauly infrared sauna is quite overpriced. Also, there were no kettle, cutlery and dishes in the room with kitchen. The fridge has an ice sheet which was melting and dropping inside. Thirdly, there were only two dispensers with hand soap and God knows what else - shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. Both of them was fixed with a piece of tape. And yes, you are expecting some bath set from 4 starts hotel, but we had to go to the nearest drugstore to get it. As for sleeping facilities, the mattress is left much to be desired, as pillows also. All of three pillows in the room were different and gathered in one apartment by chance.

Stairs in lux apartment which did not have any railing. Never showed on website. Also bathup deep without any grabbers. Very dangerous place for Pearson with limited mobility. Had to change lux to regular apartment

Outdated Hotel, hallways not lit and very dark, heavy smell of cigarettes everywhere as smoking is allowed inside restaurant as well as inside Hotel.Room was dark with outdated furniture. Staff appears not professional, receptionists on the phone with private conversations while guests are waiting. In the morning both receptionists were sitting in the foayer having a coffee and smoking cigarettes and no one at reception.

Overall location is fine as it is close to the park across the Road

It’s definitely outdated. It would have been 5 star in the 80s. Now it’s more like 2 star. It’s way over priced for what it is. I’ve travelled around the world & this place is not worth the price. If you need accomodation near by you can find for 1/4 of the price.

Very close to beautiful Banja koviljaca, beautiful water feature and walking area. Breakfast was not included but cheap to purchase. Plenty of food but juices were watered down like cordial. The rooms are clean. Shower has strong pressure.

The staff was not very friendly, to say the least. Instead of proceeding with the check-in, the lady just kept asking me whether I'd really made a booking and if I paid for it myself. After that, she took my ID card and kept it for 20 minuter or more for no reason. Overall I would describe her behavior as rude. The checkout procedure was not a pleasant one either.

The room itself is average. Nothing I would recommend though.
