This is an amazing hotel for the price. The location is super if you are exploring Fruska Gora. You are right in the center of Ruma and close to buses headed to Belgrade or Novi Sad. This is such a clean hotel and I was greeted by the most lovely person at the front desk who was awaiting my arrival. She even had turned on the A/C in my room to have it cool for me on an exceptionally hot day. She also was very helpful when I had questions about dining and transportation. The best part is the spa area. I had the whole place to myself for a morning of relaxation. They have a jacuzzi, salt water pool, wet and dry sauna. it felt really luxurious and got some well need Rest and Relaxation. I only wish I had booked another night to enjoy the spa area

For the life of me i don’t understand why the spa works only in the late afternoon/evening. Pool is pretty small, so not for swimming really.

The only thing that could possibly be improved is the equipment of the kitchen and toilet. The bathroom lacks a container for brushes and paste, and the kitchen lacks detergent and a sponge. We couldn't wash the dishes after use, but we stayed one night, so it wasn't a big problem.

Everything was great. Clean, modern, super comfortable beds. Location is also perfect. The staff is also very friendly.

I was there for spa facilities, that wasn't as cool as I expected. Keep in mind it is small hotel, so you shouldn't expect a full service spectrum.

Great staff, great location 😊. Extremely clean and easy access. Personel are always smiling and very helpfull. They helped me even to solve a major car failure and I could continue my route. I appreciate very much and I recommend this cozy hotel to all.

The fact that currently no breakfast is available at the hotel is fully offset by a great restaurant (Greni) just 30 meters down the road where there are excellent and affordable healthy breakfast options available. In addition, I believe the hotel is planning to introduce own breakfast facilities in 2024.

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Wellness and Spa: Very friendly staff frequently asking about our needs and experience, very clean facilities, internet working flawlessly, great value for money, excellent location (in the center of the town). Last but not least - the hotel was opened only in June 2023 so the mattresses are of excellent quality, we slept really well :)

I loved the fragrance of the hallway as soon as I stepped in. I loved the colours and the softness of the rugs while I was climbing up to stairs to the reception. A heartfelt welcome from the owner on the reception and great advices from taxi to where to order food. The design of the hallway and attention to details was impeccable. The cleanest and most welcoming home feeling in the room. Everything is very new and so clean. For me very important and a beautiful surprise is a very quality mattres that made me sleep like a baby every night after visiting and relaxing in the spa. The spa is just a cherry on the top of the cake. The most intimate subtle experience and it had everything I wanted and needed. Pool with salt water, the most beautiful and enjoyable Finnish sauna I have ever used. The quality and the beauty of the wood used for it is a level of art for itself. Also a beautiful turkish bath and also a tepidarium after. Loved the discrete ligthting in the spa area. The location is in the city centre which is also good. This is the best value for money I ever had and probably ever will. I came to Ruma for a reason but I am sure this place will be a reason to return to Ruma. This place made my weekend just so much more pleasurable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment over the last three days, and I’m genuinely impressed. Right from the get-go, cleanliness was evident in every nook and corner. There wasn’t a speck of dust or a stain in sight, and the room emanated a pleasant aroma. The staff were not just professional but also warm and friendly, making my stay even more comfortable. I like luxurious style of the apartment. Internet connection is very good. Additionally, the spa center was nothing short of spectacular. With a clean sauna, Turkish bath, and pool, it provided the perfect relaxation I was looking for.
