Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThe owner is nice, but how can you take this?! It smells, dirt! When I write "stink," it's literally! My husband and I were sure someone had died there. I can get over the smell of cigarettes, but it's too much. And just monstrous dirt. Carpets are all in the trash, sinks, taps, not to mention. I'm always looking for something good in everything, but I'm sorry, I can't keep quiet. I really hope it's just us who were so unlucky and something happened to the owner, so he couldn't get it right.
Only the location was good. But that's for me. I needed an apartment near the station. The owner was very pleasant.

FinlandUnfortunately, I’ve had my first bad experience based on apartment reviews. First of all, I would like to write about the host. It was an unpleasant situation where I was ignored for two days after requesting a white paper in Belgrade, which is mandatory for the host to register a foreigner. As for the apartment, it was quite disappointing. The place was dirty and not fresh, with a horrible smell coming from the toilet to everywhere. I couldn’t sleep due to it and the uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was filthy, and all the towels and bed linen were old and heavily used, which was frankly quite disgusting. Because of this, I moved to another apartment. Additionally, there were no normal lights, making the place very dark. Overall, everything was dirty and uninviting.

Russia1. It's impossible to stay in the bathroom due to a terrible smell. As the apartment owner explained, it's a backflow from the sewer. He tried to eliminate it with odor absorbers and chemical air fresheners, which didn't help much. As a result, you can only stay in the shower or toilet for 1-2 minutes before the strong smells cause a headache. 2. The only sleeping place is a sofa bed. If, like me, you have history of enjoying rodeo in the distant past, sleeping on this sofa may not be the most pleasant experience - there's a chance that straightening up in the morning will be difficult. 3. The apartment is quite dirty. Layers of dust on furniture, streaks, and stains on the floor, and so on. No slippers are provided to tenants, so either buy your own or walk in outdoor shoes. I had brought rubber flip-flops for the train, which saved me. Conclusion: For 1-2 young people without allergies to strong odors, who came to Belgrade to have fun and explore, it's a suitable apartment. But if you are in Belgrade for reasons other than entertainment and plan to spend more time in the apartment than just overnight, look for something else.
This apartment has three significant advantages and three major drawbacks. I will describe them in more detail, and you can decide whether they are important to you or not. 1. A good, sociable owner who sincerely tries to help you with your issues. For example, I was checked in 3 hours earlier than indicated in the description. 2. The apartment is on the top floor, bright, dry, and warm - with central heating, which is crucial in winter. For affordable apartments in Belgrade, this is a rarity. 3. Walking distance to the city center and the central train station. Stops for all types of city transport within one block also make it easy to reach any part of the Belgrade.

UzbekistanWhat could be improved? I would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the apartment and add a couple more light sources in the room. Everything else is good.
This house has a responsive and very friendly owner. We were checked in late without any questions or problems. The house had everything we needed. Convenient location: there are shops, ATMs nearby, and a large shopping center nearby. The apartment has an oven and all utensils for cooking.
