The respected lady booked a budget room without a window, and for the same price, the hotel accommodated her in a standard room at no extra charge. A relative of the reception worker from Italy, who was located in his apartment, was robbed in the shopping center for the amount of 1200 euros and personal documents and passports were taken, but the thief was recorded on the shopping center's cameras and the police identified him as a woman. The hotel's rule is that during check-in, the guest settles the bill in the wallet, and when booking, we are sure that all guests read what they are booking and what the hotel offers them in terms of services for their stay.
