The parking was perfect and communication with the staff was excellent. If I had to mention something negative, it would be that the rooms didn’t have mosquito screens, so a few insects came in at night, and not all rooms had a fridge, which would have been useful on a hot day like the one we experienced. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Out of 4, 3 electric sockets were unfunctional. Some towel hangers, two glasses and a toothbrush cup would be nice to add to the toilet.

We had a bit of trouble with the parking area, as there were other vehicles in the spot where we wanted to park.

The view from the room and the building was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the heating system was good, the room and bathroom were clean, and the balcony was lovely.

The apartment is lux and has a perfect view.Location is very good.You can see Sava and Tuna river from above.It's near bus station(near 5 minutes to find).Host was very helpful.He also make some place to put our luggages over there thanks for everything. Everything was clean. I recommend this house.

The pace is new, very nice (like in the pictures), internet on smart tv (magic wand 👍), undergrad parking, walking distance from the center. Over all a place I would stay again if/when I will be in Belgrade.

The bathroom needs to be fixed. Especially the shower situation. There’s no fridge even a small one. There’s no garbage bin, apart the one from the toilet.

I reserved studio 1 and 2 .Both of the studios were not very clean. The sheets had stain, and the bathroom had hair in bathtub and next to the toilet seat. We didn’t have a place to hang our jackets because hangers were too weak and almost broken so they can not hold a winter jacket. Windows were not clean as well as the curtains. Mattress is ok but pillow totally uncomfortable. The thicker winter blankets were not put in bed sheets so we had to do it ourselves. The power socket next to the both side of the bed in studio 1 are not functioning.

The worst part was that the apartment was not clean. There were dirty glasses and lots of long black hair on the floor and in the bathroom. We booked a one-bedroom apartment, but it turned out to be a studio apartment. Additionally, no one asked for our documents, and we didn’t receive any confirmation or receipt, which suggests we may not have been officially registered for our stay or insured. It’s also surprising that the studio apartment had such a poorly equipped kitchen; it would be impossible to even prepare breakfast there. This wasn’t an issue for us as we ate out, but for someone planning to cook, it would be quite disappointing.

The apartment is in a new building with a parking spot in the garage, and it’s in a great location, just a 20-minute walk to the Republic Square.
