How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Clean, comfortable, modern and well-equipped apartment. This was the second time staying here. The location is excellent. The accommodation is very well arranged down to the smallest details. A special thanks to our host, who was very kind,helpful, nice and ready to help. We truly appreciate her hospitality and this is one of the reasons to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The kitchen is missing a knife to peel fruits and cut vegetables but this is a minor inconvenience. On Slavija square there is always traffic and motor bikes tend to speed so keeping the windows open is not optimal. However with the windows shut the apartment is pleasant.
Spotlessly clean. Very friendly, reliable and helpful host. Comfortable bed and high quality bed sheets. Modern new building with CCTV. The photos speak for themselves.

If you are looking for a comfortable, fresh renovated , clean and cozy apartment in the city center- this is a great match. The apartment is perfectly organised with attention to every detail. The host made us feel very welcome, she was always in touch and gave clear instructions. The whole building where the apartment is located looks very modern and well-maintained. A terrace with a view of the city is a great bonus. We want to thank the host Nataša for this stunning stay! The next time, we will definitely choose this place again!

Location is perfect, everything was close we didn’t even need to use any public transportation. New apartment with everything you need even for a longer stay. Nataša was so sweet and welcoming.

Nothing to complain about.
Best location, very central. Amazing host. Natasa cares about her guests. Special thanks for trying very hard to accommodate our car! The apartment is new, very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed to cook meals and to have a good rest after a long day. Easy communication with the host. Totally recommended!

We liked everyting about this apartment.It is designed and equipped modernly. Also it is so clean and comfortable.The location is perfect. Natasa is an amazing owner, she is very hospitable, thoughtful and helpful.When we send a message, she replies us instantly.We would like to come and stay here again.It is like a lovely home for us.

There is nothing we didn't like.
Everything was great. Communication was really easy, the apartment is new and modern. Bed is comfy, wifi is working great. There is a smaller, but fully furnished kitchen. The apartment is on a superb location and altough it's facing the street it's super quiet.

Can’t think of anything.
Everything to the last detail! The accommodation is superb and has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Belgrade. Special credits to the quality of the beds - haven’t had such a good night’s sleep in a while! :) Add to that the excellent location of the property, and the hostess’s thoughtfulness to make sure everything is fine, I recommend it to everyone that wants to experience Belgrade in a comfortable and convenient way.

Fantastic new gem right by Slavija square. In close proximity to Saint Sava Monastery, and about 20 min walk to the most popular Belgrade tourist attraction Knez Mihajlova street. Appartment is new, nicely furnished and decorated and has everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows and sheets. The underground parking space is a huge plus. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We missed some little easily replaceable things: anti-slip mat and a soap holder in the shower; a suitable pan in the kitchen. Slavija Square is very noisy (however an interesting view from the 5th floor) plus in windless mornings unpleasant smells coming from the kitchen on the ground floor. But the good news is that the insulation of the windows is first-class.
Natasa is an excellent host. The location is great, public transport in all directions in Belgrade is easily available. The apartment is very clean, new and well equipped.
