Despite having a no smoking room, other ones close by must have allowed it or people wrongly smoking. Odour could be smelt. Likewise, the restaurant experience was spoilt somewhat by not having any non-smoking sections.

Location. Very central and close to restaurants, shops and rail station. Friendly staff at reception. Room was clean, basic but modern furnishing. Bathroom was satisfactory with dispensers for hand soap and shower gel. The on-site restaurant provided a good evening meal, well priced.

I gave the object all the good grades as i like to be honest, now at recepcion the first receptionist that worked there was helpful and informative, basicaly kindest person ever, after the shift changed another lady came there and she would not dignify you to tell you good evening or goodbye, so yeah if you ask me she couldnt make the stay in the hotel bad for me, but some other people can take that personally, and it can affect their review.

Location is pinpoint city center so it doesnt get any better than that, parking is also free for the guests of the hotel, my room was excelent and exactly what i asked for, bathroom was also awesome, room was warm and ready for me, the staff was kind enough to take care of my special request as i was very tired i wanted to check out at 12, and that was granted, the restaurant in the hotel serves good food and please check the size of the portions cause i could barely eat it and i am a big dude :D, i am convinced that in this price range i couldnt get a better deal in the city.

Breakfast is OK, but everybody smokes in the restaurant.

Hotel is under renovation. Owners try to jump from mid 70s to present time floor by floor. Renovated rooms are clean and well equipped. Traditional restaurant & grill is located next to the hotel.

They are giving it the love the building needs to come up to scratch now. It’s good to see!

The hotel is being restored and the new rooms are very comfortable. The reception area was being worked on and will be great once finished. Good choice of restaurants and classic Yugo brutalist architecture. A good choice for the town centre. Friendly reception staff too.

The rooms are a bit small. The place is undergoing renovations, so the windows were covered by some fabric screens, so no there were no views. The AC was loud during the night, so bing some ear plugs.

Great location in the very center of the town and a free private parking! The AC was working well but was a bit loud during the night. The hotel is a bit outdated, it is getting refurbished though. The National Museum is right next door, there are quite a few cafes and restaurants around and the park is not so far away.

Friendly staff, helpful and happy in their work. Room was perfect after a hard days cycling the eurovelo 9. Right in the centre of town, it also has a traditional restaurant where we had a very nice breakfast.

Everything was just fine.

Hotel is a perfectly located, in the city center so it gives you a chance to explore Zaječar by foot. It has been renovated recently so the rooms are clean and well equipped. It also gives you a great look over the main square and over the city. Breakfast was delicious.

Building is re-designed but old. Elevator noise is loud and you can hear each time it works. Bathroom not well built and water leakages was flowing through ground.

The recent renovation of the hotel appears to have been conducted with budgetary constraints, resulting in a compact washroom where water tends to accumulate on the floor during showers. Furthermore, the elevator's age may be a concern for individuals with claustrophobia.

The location presents significant advantages, and the staff demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills.

The walls are paper-thin, so sound carried from room to room.

This property provides basic accommodation, which is about all that can be expected in a small out-of-the-way place like Zajecar. The room was clean, the water was hot for a shower, and the breakfast was edible. The only plus is the location, a short car or taxi ride from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Felix Romuliana.

All in all great experience

The accommodation was really new and clean. Location is in the city centre, staff is really friendly and the cousine is very versatile and tasty.
