Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sink in the kitchen area is quite loose and could break. The water heater was not turned on and we had to wait for the water to stop to get a bath.
The host was absolutely amazing and helpful. The property was clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything was clean and we had everything needed for our stay! Recommend and will definitely visit again

The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows have foils so basically there is no daily light at all. Also the couch in the living room had crumbs and it wasn't clean.
This apartment has the best location. Many coffee shops nearby, safe neighborhood and nice people. The apartment has a great bathroom too.

Everything was nice.
Free parking, which is rare in Belgrade. Clean, comfy, you have pretty much everything you need for a few days.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, quiet, modern and well equipped. It's not too far from the center. There is a bakery, shop, greengrocer's, newsagent, cafe nearby. The owner is kind and responds quickly. Checking out and checking in is simple and fast. The bed is comfortable. Parking is free, in consultation with the owner. Everything is easily accessible on foot. A microwave and some pictures on the wall would be nice. ☺️

The sewage is sometimes loud, probably because it is old.
The apartment is in a good location. It is spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The parking place was in the building front yard and secured.

Nothing to complain
The apartment at excellent location for the places we wanted to see. Also not that far away from the pedestrian street Knaz Mihailova. The apartment has everything you need for short stay. Lovely quite area and welcoming host.

The only thing to boil water is a tiny electric сezve, as tea people we would prefer a normal kettle.
Very clean and modern apartment, small but can fit entire family. Quiet neighborhood with all amenities in the city center. Very kind and responsive host. Impressive shower corner in the bathroom!

The kitchen could be a little better equipped - a chopper that could be used for vegetables' slicing or a strainer for pasta would have been very handy for our stay there. But other than this, everything was great!
Great location, very clean apartment, modern furniture and comfortable beddings. Nice neighborhood, well connected to most of the city's attractions. The wifi was great, the host was extremely helpful and the free parking was highly appreciated !

They don't speak English however they mention that they do. No receipt for the payment they take cash and you receive no proof you paid.

The host had an unrealistic expectation that we will be at the apartment at a specific time, after I explained that that we are traveling by car and will be crosing borders. When we got to the apartment, he explained that he could not come because it was late. So, after traveling over 600 km that day, my family was in Belgrade after 21:00 with no place to spend the night.
We did not have a chance to stay at the apartment, because the host could not come to open the apartment for us. We were very disapointed. I would not recommend this place.
