Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

His lodge is among the best in that part of Tara — a relatively new building, nicely arranged, very clean, well-oriented, and spacious. The combination of wood, stone, and silence will delight you. The location is as great as the view. Highly recommended.

SerbiaPredivna nova kuca u blizini jezera Zaovine i manjeg jezera Spajic, na samo nekoliko minuta kolima. Ima sve sto vam je potrebno za udoban boravak, a blizu je i jedini restoran sa te strane jezera. Malo je nezgodan prilaz kuci jer nema asfalta a nizbrdo je, mada je vrlo kratka deonica pa mi nismo imali problema. Mirno je i sa terase se pruza pogled na okolna brda, savrseno mesto za odmor!

SerbiaThe place is awesome, I haven't had such a good holiday in a long time! The house is perfectly clean. The bedroom is incredibly cosy, huge bed under the vaults of the roof, very comfortable mattress and nice bed linen, everything inside is wooden. It all creates this cosiness. The house itself is made of stone and it is cool even when it is hot outside. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, so it will be comfortable for a larger group. Completely quiet surroundings makes the holiday even more relaxing. The only sounds you’ll hear are the birds singing and the bells on the lambs that run down the hill in the morning. The location itself is ideal, with beautiful nature all around. There’s a lake Zaovine just a 10-15 minute walk away, which is perfect for hot summer days. I recommend visiting the lake in the early morning until around 11am-12pm for the best experience. Total chill! Don’t miss the chance to take a short hike - there are one more lake and several dams nearby, all worth visiting! Funny thing: I have almost no photos because I didn’t even touch my phone for 2 days. And one last detail: the owner, Stojan, is a very positive man. He made sure everything was right and he was ready to help with everything. Hvala Stojane! Jedva čekam da ponovo dođem. Hvala na svemu, na toplom prijemu, pažnji prema detaljima, na udobnosti. Stvarno odavno nisam bila u tako prijatnom i srdačnom mestu!

RussiaThe house is perfect. We have everything we need: a kettle, hair dryer, coffee maker. The cottage is located in the lowlands, to reach the lake you have to go uphill. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the lake. There is an excellent breakfast restaurant upstairs. There are several hiking tracks, lots of woods, and a river close to the lodge. We had a great time and will be back
