How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There is no such thing.
Amazing host, cozy apartment, great location. Everything was just perfect! Also there is a possibility to park a car. Apartment is located 3 min walking from the center.

Very clean little apartment, with good use of space, you would have there almost everything you need for comfortable stay. Although not too big in size (as described in the advertisement) the height of the ceiling really compensates for this and you don’t have a feeling of a too small rooms. The hostess is pleasant and she made sure to greet us nicely. The apartment is on a 3rd floor but this type of building has wide and well lit staircase so it wasn’t an issue (even for my 3 year old daughter). Location is superb and the fact that you can also have a private parking here in the heart of the city center is amazing!

Great location,. The place was clean and well-maintained. The host was very friendly and easy to make arrangements with – everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

I don't mind this at all, but it matters if you are with a lot of luggage or small kids-it is in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
The location is great - next to the park, so it is quiet but also 5-10 min from the center and 15 to Petrovaradin. There is a private parking which is very convenient. The communication with the host was excellent. The studio has all you need, it is very clean and cosy

Could not find the sound on TV.
Clean, warm ,and functional. 🚗 was parked in the backyard, didn't have to worry about it. Jasmina was very friendly and talkative. We only can recommend this location, 👌 very close to downtown and all interesting buildings you can see.

Cosy little appartment in downtown Novi Sad with private parking. Very nice lady that rents to flat which is kept immaculately clean.

Great place to stay in the centre, in a nice street next to the park.Overall a nice and cozy flat and very convenient that you have a parking space. Friendy and helpful host, will gladly be back again for another stay.

The host needs to personally open the gate each time you need to leave by car, so it is not practical if you plan some short trips by car in the surroundings, OK if you park your car for the entire stay.
Very central location, easy walking distance both to the center of Novi Sad and to Petrovaradin (right across the bridge). Nice, comfortable apartment with a personal touch and everything needed for a short stay. Safe parking in an enclosed courtyard behind the block, in the shadow for most time.

Excellent location, cleanliness, comfort, communication. Super worth the price and perfect as a base in the Novi Sad area. The fact that it has a parking space is great. Owner is super polite, nice and understanding. Highly recommended.

Free parking in the closed parking lot behind the house. Free Wi-Fi. There were many delicious candies on the table. Shampoo and shower gel were also available. The apartment had air conditioning. The owner was friendly and spoke English. The location is great, right in the center.

It's nothing for me but some may be flnd difficult to go up to 3. floor without an elevator.
Great location, very nice, helpful host, easy to visit the castle by walking. All was fine.

No complaints. One tip - to squeeze in a few shelfs in the bathroom.
I enjoyed my stay at Jasna's studio - the location was great, the apartment is cosy, well equipped (appliances, dishes, toiletries, basically everything), and spotlessly clean. The host Jasna is very friendly, polite person and easy to communicate with, she really made me feel welcome. I would definitely come back.
