The rooms were extremely unclean. I understand that it's amidst wild and there will be bugs, but there were cobwebs everywhere! On top of bed, you could see spiders hanging down and everywhere we touched, we saw dust or dead bugs. Also, the restaurant service is too slow. Some days food is nice, other days it's extremely salty. There is no standardisation of food.

The location was superb. The river was super therapeutic and the farm animals were cutest. They had super friendly horses, donkeys, dogs and cats. It's perfect for a 2 day getaway in the wild. The rooms and bathrooms are big in size, if you book the triple or quadruple rooms and the bed made us sleep like a baby.

-Walking distance to Drina river, short drive to Banja Koviljaca town center -Beautiful area, natural with animal roaming around and greenery

Open parking lot was a distance from the accommodation so we had to haul our luggage.

Some little maintenace at the kids playground should be done. Damaged trampolins should be removed.

The room is too expensive for the money, considering that there is nothing in the room except the bed and it is full of stink bugs.

There is no clear sign how to reach the "reception" and which way to go when you reach the parking.

Excellent location next to Drina river. Its a big property with a restaurant, spa, sports zone, man-made beaches next to river, horses and donkeys roaming around freely and there is really a lot you can do if the weather is nice. The restaurant staff was really helpful when it comes to choosing dishes and the music is exceptional! We didn't have opportunity to try different activities offerer by the property because of the bad weather but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was not clean, spider webs everywhere. Everything was a bit old. But wouldn't be a problem if it was clean.

Wi-Fi didn't work, even after I complained about it. The room was dusty, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. But they cleaned it after my complain.

Very nice location, close to the river. You've got plenty space for walking. Solid restaurant.

Staf was unorganised, room was dirty, bugs everywhere-under the pillow, 9 out of 12 lights were broken in the room, toilet door couldn't close, shower was broken, towel reack as well. The beds were small, like for children and uncomfortable. We were put into the wrong room, much smaller than we booked, and then moved to ours. It took 2h to place us in the room. In the morning, cigarette smoke woke us up from the restaurant. Outside, by the river, benches were very old, shaky, and unsafe to sit on. Horses and donkeys walk freely, so poop is everywhere, including in sand valleyball court.

Location is by Drina, amazing river. There is basketball and tennis courts and quads for rent.

Spacious room decorated in serbian traditional style. A lot of activities for kids. Beautiful river Drina just few steps from apartment.

The house we stayed in is seriously outdated. Lots of cobwebs and dust as well. It is comfortable enough, but it could certainly use an upgrade. Other, larger, houses are possibly more modern.

Great location near river Drina. Etno village offers many opportunities for relaxation and also includes a great restaurant.

Restaurant staff very slow and rude, cleaning personal as well (and it was not clean at all in the room even when we arrived), manager without any skills for her job, high prices for poor service.

Location is amazing, animals walking around and other content for children was fine.

The only downside was that there wasn't mosquito netting (and because of the river nearby, believe me there's a lot of mosquitos and bugs there)and you can't open any windows or doors for fresh or any kind of air to come inside the wooden Villas. Also the cleanliness of the villas was not very high. I understand that we are in nature and all but I think they are lacking in that part too.

The staff and the location were perfect. The waiters were very polite, friendly and easy to talk to. The food was also spot on. Everything was so delicious.

Staff not work 00-24h . I had to wait half hour for check in. Restoran do not work before 8am. I was waiting for check out also. Invoice bussines couldnt contain all details which i need according my company travel police

Please put the normal size of the trash bin in the bathroom. That tiny one is for the car not for the 3-adult room. That was ridiculous to see. Urgently replace it. Alo install some hangers in the bathroom, no place where to hang the towels or some clothing. The rest is fine.

I was hoping to stay in the one of little houses (bungalows) but I wasn't aware of booking just a regular hotel room. However the room was ok, comfy and clean. Enough space, enough towels and the bed was comfortable. To be honest coming there is not to be expecting 5 stars hotel and all the luxurious, if you want that don't come here than. This is the place for people to enjoy nature and good environment so the accommodation should be not that important. Overall we are satisfied, it was nice.
