The hospitality was incredible. I had the hotel to myself and I had to arrive late. They came from home to check me in. The hotel was working like it was full. everything was at my disposal. In some hotels if you arrive off season the amenities don't work but they really made me feel comfortable.

The location is perfect, 15 minutes walking distance to center. Breakfast was good and fresh. The apartments are big and the pools were really great and one pool is opened non stop.

The location is perfect, 5 min by car to the center, or 20 min walking. Breakfast was very tasty, always fresh, local-continental, hosts are very kind and helpful, very flexible and fast in helping in case you have requests. Check in is flexible, and they have understanding in case you can check in later than 21:00. The water park is beautiful and pools are clean. The spa is also perfect and clean. We enjoyed a lot and would come again for sure. Perfect for the value! Strongly recommending!

Everything was perfect. Amazing staff/host, very kind and forthcoming. Clean rooms and all other facilities, really nice breakfast. 5-10 mins walk to the center (2-3 by car), 10/10 vacation for my family. Pool and SPA are great as well. Thank you very much and I'm sure we'll come back again!

You are a hotel guest and you are paying to sit at the pool, that is okay but then other people from outside are coming to the pool paying a fee and it can be crowded

The staff is lovely, the breakfast is beautiful, beds and pillows are like sleeping on clouds, This was my second time visiting the facility and I loved it even more.

Hotel has its own swimming pool (its actually quite deep on the deep end, which is great) as well as free access to a small water park from 10 to 6. Decent breakfasts with variety. A kiosk nearby to buy drinks, as well as a store around 12 minutes away by foot.

The hotel is quite old, and the day when we arrived there was no water in the room, and it was the warmest day in July. No one informed us about the situation and no one kept us informed when the water will be back. And the next day there was no one at the reception the whole day, so zero communications.

We were there in May so all the outdoor facilities were not working except for the small pool next to the breakfast space. The spa was very small, kind of rusty and the sauna was not heating properly. The breakfast was lacking fruits and vegetables.

The staff was kind and they were okay with accepting us on paying when we arrived in EUR. The outdoor pool was available to be used through the whole night and day. There was sufficient parking place when we were there (out of season).

1. You can’t pay with card. 2. The facilities were in horrible condition. The spa center was disgusting, dirty and not cleaned probably for 1-2 years. There was also mild everywhere. We were with kids and after the pool, they were coughing all night. 3. The location is not the best. You are far from the city center. Definitely not worth the money. We won’t go there again for sure!

Apartment hygiene bellow standards,food on the poolside not representative and served on the plastic trays with toothpicks instead of dining set,sparkling water on the serving day was already 3 months expired,water cleanles in pool's very suspicious.

The apartment must not have been used for long time and it was a bit dirty. needed to wash cups, plates and glass before using them. bathroom in bad shape and not washed since long. Seems the hotel is off during winter period. Much better to rent a simple apartment in this period. No added value to go there. Also the hotel do not accept credit card.

Must be good place in summer. Staff was nice and warm welcoming.
