Coffee machine provided along with a note to buy the capsules from reception. Not sure why they couldn’t include 2 capsules for the price of the room!

The power outlets lids were coming off, had some problems with light switches (the staff helped fix it), shower door was loose. Not too much space to store clothes, no drawers in the table and nightstands.

Location (in the centre near restaurants and cafes, and in the same time quiet street), very comfortable bed, couch, water pressure, friendly and helpful staff.

Only down side is the mattress needs to be updated as it would sink towards the middle.

Great location, everything is in walking distance. When we booked, the hotel parking was available and it is only one block away. The room was clean, warm and spacious. The pillows were a bit too hard for us so we asked for softer ones and they were replaced immediately. We arrived very late and the night receptionist was welcoming and helpful.

The rooms are at street level. They are very insulated from outside noise, though it did put me off opening the curtains.

Room decor was very modern and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the Location is great.

Nothing I didn’t like, however a hotel cafe, bar, or even a breakfast restaurant would be nice. But given the excellent location, you don’t really feel anything is missing.

The heating.The room had an air conditioning which was enough for the room but not for the bathroom which was cold.

The hotel is what its name says,the location!!!.In a peaceful neighborhood but so close to the famous Skadarlja and Kneza Mihaila and to a number of cafes , restaurants and clubs. The room was comfortable,neaty and clean.They changed the bed linen and the towels every two days and we had every day a bottle of water and espresso capsules for free!!

Only small front desk as receptionist , because is it a small hotel, suggest they can put a bench or two in front door out side hotel , so we at least can sit while waiting to be pick up by tour . Direction for Handel the coffee machine can be clearer , we fix it out by ourself , We need to come to front desk few time to ask for more coffee and tea bag , or new battery for the TV remote controls , depend on who work front desk at the time , few do not know , little training will be more helpful But thanks for the one who know , it was very helpful ( sorry to forgot your name ) Housekeeping can do better job , complete job , rather only take the trash out , forget to fill up to standard of provide in hotel , special toiletries , wipe clean the sink , I leave tip as I appreciated your work , but not impressive for the uncomplete job . But that is the little thing I does not worry much , and think you can do better for the award 10

Walking distance to all the must see , good location

My room is next to the street and in the ground floor so in the morning I will hear people from outside despite the window closed. It is an okay white noise but didn’t disturb me that much.

I like that it is near everything around the centre that I don’t really need to take local transport as everything is walkable. The bed is big and comfortable. The room has a proper size for someone traveling. It is so nice to have a coffee machine inside and my water pitcher is being refilled (perhaps could have been extended with the coffee pods). The mini fridge/bar has assorted drinks and snacks which prices are very affordable. It saved me time from going outside to buy drinks because of it. The staff (especially Melica) were very approachable and friendly. She is happy to help and make things clear whenever I have questions.

The property is small. There’s no real lobby and no breakfast offered. I ended up staying at another hotel in Belgrade close by for another 2 nights because my flight got cancelled and I paid a little less for that one but that property offered so much more in comparison. This hotel was still good though.

Loved how centrally located this property was, great spot in the city. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were very welcoming.
