The walls are a bit thin and we had a loud neighbour (he watched a sport march...) but thanks to earplugs it was no problem.

We only stayed for one night, but we were lucky and got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath tub. It was great. The beds were also very comfy, the receptionist was also super kind.

The kitchen is good Just for breakfast or similar fast meal. It is not proper to Cook a real meal. We could't clean the dishes because there was no brush or fabrics.

Minor inconvenience (not really an issue, more of a personal view) for that second location included: The looking of the entrance door in apartment 102 was a bit loose and didn't inspire confidence that it will hold a break-in attempt. Kitchen not that well equipped. Smell of smoke in the room but its not property's fault since there were no smoking signs everywhere on premises. Payment possible only in cash. Tight parking spot if you have big car 😅

The personnel were kind, polite, welcoming and masterfully took care of bad situation created by Booking.com. The location is perfect, near the main square, fortress, shops, food buffets and everything you would like to see in Nis. There is free and secure parking available 24/7. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Heating was on and it had good Wi-Fi coverage and speeds. The price is extremely good. The only real downfall about the stay was Booking.com and not the hotel. We wanted to reduce the stay by one night and received e-mail from Booking.com that it is not possible due to "no availability" and demanded full payment. When we arrived as scheduled in the original booking it became apparent that the hotel had actually approved our request and shortened the stay without charge but Booking.com wanted to charge us extra and yet we didn't have a room booked. Unbelievable with the dumbest reason given... Luckily the hotel took care of the situation masterfully and we stayed in their other location which is very near (like 150 meters).

I was disappointed that there was no access to the internet during my stay. Additionally, the shower cabin had a very small drain (just a mini hole in the corner), causing water to linger for quite a while, which was inconvenient.

I really liked the place—it had a cozy and welcoming vibe. The location was great too, making it enjoyable to stay here. The beds were very comfy! ☺️
