How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

I stayed at Only Suites Apartments in Niš and overall it was good. Communication was a little tricky at first, but we managed to figure everything out. Parking outside the apartment comes at an extra cost, which I was already aware of thanks to the messages beforehand. The apartment was quiet, clean, and felt safe, with secure parking available. Overall, a good stay.

Room had inside the bathroom with 0 curtain made it uncomfortable, the wood on the floor and on the walls absorbed all the water …

The bathroom was okay, but again, no thrills.
This place is no thrills, but well equipped (no kitchen facilities though), clean, comfortable and with a great location in central Niš. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

Nothing major—just a personal preference: I would’ve loved it even more if it leaned even further into the American style
I loved the American-style design—reminded me of classic roadside motels. On top of that, the place was very clean and in a great location

The shower is a little bit akward but it works. Lack of natural light.
Location and the fact that was clean. Also the receptionist was very communicative and kind.

There were no windows in the room other than the windows top of the room and these windows openable (not-fully) only an electronic mechanism. That feels stuffy. However this is not so big issue while comparising the pros of the room.
Spacious room, close to the city center and the must see places in Nis, well-equipped, convenient and guest-friendly design.

Room without window, no surroundings between rooms , narrow parking spot, and restricred use of your car for 5 euros ! ( suggestion better not park there )

At booking was wrote that they have parking and when we came there they start to talk about special reservation for oarking and extra cost. But after I wanted to make reservation in other proprety they found parking for 5 eur/ day.
It was very close to the city centre.

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to everything you need, but still quiet and relaxing. The staff are very kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again!

Walls are pretty thin and we could hear the people in the next room quite clearly. Depending how considerate the other guests are, this could be inconvenient.

WiFi was really bad, the connection was not stable.
I really liked the location: parks and good restaurants are nearby. The embankment is also 5 min away. The secured parking is a great bonus. Hostess was welcoming and friendly. The windows in the ceiling are very nice. The bath was a pleasure to take.

The bathroom could do with a little updating as it doesn't look the cleanest when I'm sure it probably has been cleaned thoroughly. That would be my only critique.
