Location was very convenient

I stayed at Only Suites Apartments in Niš and overall it was good. Communication was a little tricky at first, but we managed to figure everything out. Parking outside the apartment comes at an extra cost, which I was already aware of thanks to the messages beforehand. The apartment was quiet, clean, and felt safe, with secure parking available. Overall, a good stay.

Tight parking spaces

The host was very friendly and nice. The house was clean. The location is good for visiting the city centre.

We were completely disappointed with our accommodation. We had booked this place based on the photos and the description on the site, including the fact that there was an underground parking slot for the car. While traveling we were asked if it would be ok to stay to another location, close by. We agreed, thinking that it would be a similar accommodation to the one we booked. However, it was a very old house, with broken windows, sealed with tape, the main door was not closing properly during the night and the parking spot was just on the road, not covered. Despite the fact that the owner was very friendly and the house was relatively clean, we didn't like the overall experience and we cannot recommend this place.

Naglasili su da ima parking, samo nisu spomenuli da se naplaćuje 5 eura dnevno. Još su nas ubedjivali kako nemaju opciju da napišu da se dodatno plaća...

This place is no thrills, but well equipped (no kitchen facilities though), clean, comfortable and with a great location in central Niš. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
