AustraliaBreakfast is A La Carte. We did not have breakfast included however decided to eat there as it was highly recommended. Food was not amazing but ok. Unfortunately the service had dropped in this area, took forever to order and for the food to come out, I didn’t finish my breakfast as we had to get to the airport but they did not charge us for breakfast to apologise for the slow service.
Beautiful hotel, ideal location for us. The service from the concierge desk and reception was impeccable. Amazing staff and service. The rooms are spacious as is the bathroom. Absolutely amazing hotel. Will definitely come back

CanadaIt seemed like some days my room wasnt cleaned at all and only the bed was made up as the bathroom floor stayed dirty. The AC in the rooms has to be turned off at night otherwise you will get a headache (it blows right over the bed) so you kind of have to pre-cool it in summer and then turn off for the night. Next time i would pick a room overlooking river as the “city side” has a construction yard in front of it (in 2025 and probably in 2026 as well).
The staff is great and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The spa is amazing. They have a pool and a got tub and two types of saunas. Massage girls in the spa are skillful. The bartenders and waiters are great. The staff leaves little gifts for you in your room (snacks) and makes you feel really special like some kind of VIP. The hotel has an excellent central location. Its like an oasis of sensibility. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

BahrainI absolutely loved my stay at the S. Regis Belgrade. The room was super comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location perfect. It is located in the new Belgrade Waterfront project, which is the more modern part of the city (new residential developments, a large mall, many F&B concepts around), but you can easily walk to the historic downtown and to other major points of interest.

SwitzerlandThis was my second stay at The St. Regis Belgra. The first was at the end of April for 4 days. I booked a room of the same category as my previous trip. As a result, upon our arrival on June 19, the room turned out to be half the size, with a bad view, right next to the elevator. We were traveling with a 3-year-old child, and they placed the crib near the door. Every time the elevator was called, it was right next to her ear. The air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted, and then it was completely turned off. Instead of getting some rest after a long journey, we woke up at 6 AM from unbearable stuffiness and constant door slamming and elevator calls, having arrived at the hotel at 12:30 AM. At the same time, I immediately mentioned the discrepancy with the room upon check-in, but I was informed at the reception that they had nothing available for us. I asked them to unpack our suitcases from the wrapping film, but even this they could not do for 30 minutes, despite seeing the tired child and us. I was left with a terrible feeling from the second visit, after having had a good impression from the previous stay. How can you treat guests like this, especially those who are returning?

MontenegroThe hotel asked for a deposit. The hotel employee did not reserve funds on my card, but made an immediate debit. My deposit was not refunded. The hotel does not have a feedback form on its website. The hotel does not have an e-mail or WhatsApp address. Only the phone number is specified. The employee who answers the phone promises to sort it out and call you back. Then nothing happens. Another day, the hotel employee talks again, just like the first time. As a result, I paid one and a half times more than I owed.

MaltaWe booked one of their Grand Deluxe King Rooms with river view and asked, if possible, to also have a view of the Christmas Market. Booking included breakfast for three nights. We requested extra pillows, hard if possible and advised that we will arrive between 1700-1800. We paid €2,079. 1. We arrived as planned after 1700 only to find our room was not ready. We were told it will be ready within a few minutes and were offered coffee. We waited for over an hour just being told "2 minutes more" for a hundred times. This made us miss our appointment with others to watch the opening of the Christmas Market at 1800. 2. To "compensate" we were offered a complimentary dinner only to end up eating what we did not order because the wither made a mess of the order. 3. Items ordered at breakfast did not turn up, twice. 4. On our first full day we returned to the hotel at 1600 and found the room was not cleaned yet. We went to the reception and asked them to have it cleaned and we allowed over an hour only to return and found that nobody bothered to approach our room. They then came to clean it later while we were sleeping. 5. If you see the photos of the hotel you see a beautiful skyscraper but the hotel only has a small part of the building, 11/12 floors in all.
The hotel is brand new and the interior design is great. The location was central to what we wanted to visit.
