We're sorry to hear that you felt misled about the pricing. We’d like to clarify that our prices, like many hostels, vary depending on demand and availability. On the day you initially booked, we were running a special discounted rate. The following day, the regular price applied, which also included the mandatory city tax (as stated in our booking policies). Our welcome message also clearly states that guests are free to cancel or shorten their stay at any time with no penalty. We're surprised you chose to extend your stay if the experience was so unsatisfactory. We’re proud to offer one of the most affordable and centrally located accommodations in Belgrade, and we’re always transparent with our pricing and policies. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our communication to avoid any confusion in the future. For total clarity, the total difference in question was 2.8eur.

About the light in the morning: each room has adjustable blinds on the windows so guests can control the amount of sunlight. Plus, there’s a lamp near the entrance of the room so the big overhead light doesn’t need to be used when people are sleeping. We hope this helps for your next visit!
