Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LatviaCertainly! Here's a more concise version: --- I don't usually write negative reviews, but my recent stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, with unclean walls, dirt and garbage under the bed, and an unvacuumed floor. The bathroom had only one towel, no floor mat, and a broken shower. The sink was loose and moved with slight pressure. Overall, the place felt unclean, but location was perfect. Since I was there for very short time, it was ok, but I was expecting little bit more.

LatviaI wouldn't recommend eating breakfast there, especially considering that you have to pay extra for it. The choice is very poor and the coffee is just bad. Better find a coffee shop nearby. Also, I had only one pillow and quite a small blanket.
The location is good - close to the river and to the nice neighborhood of Zemun with a market and a lot of restaurants. It takes 15 min by taxi or by bus to get to Belgrade's center. The staff was very nice, trying to help me with all my requests.

United KingdomThe address provided on booking was not correct. We had to drive few miles extra following hotel address on Google to reach the hotel. Another unpleasant surprise was unavailability of the parking although it was advertised that parking is available. Please see picture attached. This was a night mare as we had to purchase an extra parking and park the car far away from the hotel. The kind gesture from the hotel would be to make refund of 4 euros for parking.
The property is clean, quite and the receptionist Nenad was very polite and helpful.
