There was no air condition in room. The bad was not confortable. Swimming pool was not clean. It was not possible to enjoy in swimming pools because there were a lot of visitors outside of hotel. During whole day it was over croweded. I will not recommend this hotel. Price is not following the service offered.

Location was excellent. Food was excellent.

The only downside was the temperature in the room. The centraliсed air conditioning made it quite warm (around 25°C), and even though we opened the window to try and cool it down, it was still too hot. Additionally, there was construction next to the hotel, and an excavator started working early in the morning. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had been able to keep the windows closed, but it was too warm for that.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was great, comfortable, and well-equipped. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. The spa was a highlight - especially the night swimming, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although there were some repairs on two of the pools when we arrived on Friday, the staff managed to complete them by Saturday, and everything was perfect for the night swim.

Mostly everything OK. good staff, rooms, pools, excellent location. The water in the pools is cloudy, It looks like, but I guess it's not dirty. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the additional dinner is poor, perhaps due to the smaller number of guests.

It wasn't the same price that I book on booking,it was expencive when I pay in the hotel.

Spa,pull and breakfast.Also it was very good night with Trio Acustiko.

Wellnes and spa center are interesting but full of croud because tickets are cheap. Hotel guest have exclusive time only from 20.00 to 21.00h, all time is full of people from outside hotel. Aquapark was open for night swimming, and that would be great experience if there wasn't outsiders and that many people in pools

There is no coffee in the room (for me 2in1 is not a coffee) and coffee that is available during the breakfast is so bad! The only way to drink coffee that is good is by going to the hotel restauran in the lobby ....

Everything was perfect, room, breakfast, pool and spa... We will be coming again as soon as we can... It's perfect for families with kids

-The pool area was crowded and noisy, so as the "silent wellness". If you are looking for a place for relaxation, this is not the best option for you. -The average temperature in the rooms was around 26°C, which was a little high for us.

-The staff is very professional, helpful and thoughtful. -The breakfast was very rich and delicious, we did have a great time there.

Lunch & Dinner menus in restaurant somewhat pricey. Massage wasn’t as good as I would like.

Great facilities available - lots of swimming pools, sauna, hamam etc. Breakfast is very good as well and staff is friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet area - 10 min walking distance from key avenue of the resort. Perfect value for money.

No shampoo, body lotion or any other toiletries in the bathroom, just soap.

Good breakfast, comfy beds, and sweet staff. Nice spa zone, although it might be too crowded and noisy (and the music is really loud both inside and outside). The best part is the night swim which is available only for hotel guests.

Nazalost, predmet koji sam zaboravio u sobi još uvijek nije došao na moju adresu.

Sve ok, ljubazno osoblje, cisto i uredno. Recepcija izuzetno profesionalna i ljubazna, bili su tu za sve sto je bilo potrebno.

Staff at the spa center is nowhere to be found, you have to physically go and search for them, in general the hotel seem to be understaffed and you struggle when you need some assistance, exception goes to reception team which was always there and ready to assist. The pool gets way too overcrowded after 10 am as it’s open to public, and even though this might not be a bad thing if you enjoy crowds, for me it was way too much.

Great facilities, friendly staff, good location. The package included access to all facilities which was great.

- Probably a misfortune, but our stay was overlapped by private parties in the restaurant for three days in a row (24, 25 and 26.12.2022), so in 50% of our stay we were not able to sleep until 1-2AM. We were there with a 2,5 years old kid, so not the best thing to happen… Asked the reception if possible to be changed to another room, without any success, they said the hotel is full and not possible any room changes. You can imagine that our room was separated only by 1 floor and the music volume was similar to what you can hear in a disco + live singer and all this started from 21:00 till 01-02:00. If you go over there because of that, it’s will be a nice experience, but in our case this was the only negative feeling we had during our stay and not because of the event, because this is part of the business, but because the bad room management. If I’m a receptionist will try to not giving such rooms that are located over the restaurant for Friday-Saturday (when there it’s a live music), especially for such families with small kids. This is my conclusion and point of view, maybe the hotel management following such policy and we are only an exception and bad luck in this case :)

- The hotel infrastructure is great, especially all 5 indoor pools with different temperatures (temperatures between 26-34 degrees) and depths (between 40 - 180cm). Good spa center with sauna, steam bath and as past of the underground floor there is a nice fitness. - I’m sure that the massages are also very relaxing, but unfortunately do not have any time to try them - The restaurant is clean, comfortable and the food is delicious also the prices are reasonable and the portions are quite big - Super double room was great, enough space, comfortable bed with good mattress and pillows. Very well equipped minibar with acceptable prices. - Good Playground for kids which could keep the little ones busy for a while - Big parking with enough space for all hotels guests and everyone who comes only the the pools/spa with a daily pass - If you have time please visit the near park, very nice place for a short walk…we saw that soon a Ferris wheel will be opened, since left only the cash desks to be completed

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was lovely, spacious, tidy and clean. Very relaxing and clean pools & spas. (Not so busy and was so quiet and relaxing). The breakfast was delicious. The staff are all great and helpful and makes customers feel welcome!! (Special praise for Miloš (reception) - both check-in and check-out were professionally handled by him, and Sanja (the waitress) she was so kind and willing to attend any request. Everything was perfect!

Pools can get crowded, especially during night swims when anyone can pay a ticket to enter. Some nights 20:00-22:00 is reserved for hotel guests only. The room was way too hot and the thermostat did nothing to regulate it. We would have opened a window had there not been so much air pollution that night outside.

Water was amazing, rooms were great and breakfast was delicious. Some hotels in the city don't have mineral water, this one does.

Pastry was a bit stale.

Miscellaneous, although some food was not very fresh. Cheese was excellent, ham as well, pancakes.....
