No coffee facility in room and could not get a coffee before 7am. Also Wi-Fi in restaurant and bar areas not working.

Great location, nice room, great terrace for some after dark drinks and secure parking. The staff where really helpful.

The bathroom has been clean with some functional difficulties:  - Taking a shower was quite a challenge as the hot water valve has been partly functioning; - The sink cover has been missing; - The washing tube is nicely designed but very useless.  The noise (outside and inside) protection in the room is not at a four star hotel level.

It is a great location if you are visiting Belgrade by car. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has been according to expectations and it is worth paying an additional 10 EUR per person per day.

There was not a comfortable place in the room to work on laptop. Booking.com price was double than the normal hotel price

Our Mastercards of different banks were not accepted, which led to some payment considerations. The shower was a bit flimsy with a loose shower head which was too low for me as a tall guest, and the bath tub was flexible which made me worry I could break through the floor any minute. Since this hotel was very close to the location of my business trip, the location was great for me but the streets of this part of Belgrade are not very attractive.

The hotel room was comfortable and I really enjoyed the bed. The breakfast offer was quite extensive and the breakfast room was nicely arranged. I had a room at the 5th floor which gave me a wide view over the city of Belgrade.

We wished to go to Novi Sad. Web told us there were trains to go Reception could not give any information about the trains only recommended to use a taxi to get to the station. We did that and found out that there were no trains that go to Novi Sad. In general the reception was not helpful since they were not informed about touristic activities.

One night stay was overpriced for you've got. In addition, parking costs 8.5€ for one day (very expensive for something free in every other hotel in the world). Add a water kettle to the room.

Both mornings there was empty hot buffet, also water and juice bowls were empty, coffee machine was not working....also we were missing "good morning " from personnel in breakfast room.

Hotel is clean, at good location, they have parking garage accessible by elevator. Check in and out is easy and fast.

The hotel is a modern, new building in the city but not in the direct city centre. You can walk or go by public transport. There is a huge garage in the ground with space enough for all cars (15 € per day). The room was big and had a modern design. I had a room on the back and a very good view to the city (huge window, down the hill). The equipment in the bathroom, the air-condition, tv (no smart) and fridge was excellent. Every day cleaning was very good. New shower gel ec. The breakfast was also very good, fresh buns, fruits and so on. I used the room service and ordered dinner. The service was quick and the food tasted very well. I liked the Serbian burger (pljescevica) and the shopska salat!! Thanks to the staff of Zira for the very good time in Belgrad.

During the weekend breakfast is served until 11 am but we were very disappointed to see that at 9 am there is almost nothing available in the breakfast buffet. This means no cheese, barely any salad, completely empty trays. We could order omelet separately but for the price of the hotel and 4* you do expect at least some options.

Rooms are ok and it is convenient that garage is available within the building although at extra cost (15 EUR per day approximately). Supermarket is close by which is nice.
