- The bathroom smell was awful (I'm sure they would have helped us with another room if we asked for it, but since we only stayed for a night we didn't want to do that) - The access road to the location was terrible to drive on, especially during night (it's extermely narrow) while having cars coming from the opposite direction and with unexpected bumps/holes in the road. Some road indicators would also have been helpful - Not necessary something bad or unfair, but it may be confusing for other people like ourselves to see reviews mentioning free entrance to the zoo for customers already booking the night there. That's not correct: buying tickets separately is required. So I'm mentioning this here for other people to see it and have correct expectations.

Breakfast could be with a bit more diversity, it was at one moment 20 of us in a restaurant. There was enough food, but no cereal( it was not on the menu that day).

Nice bungalow for a family of 4, spacious. Obviously new,still in construction, but clean. Nice towels and sheets. In the whole complex you can see a lot of effort. Nice staff in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good menu, big portions, good price., Beautiful SPA and Zoo.

It is a very nice hotel, located 5 km from the highway. We were accommodated in a bungalow, the room size is big enough for 2 adults with 2 children. Very nice zoo, many species of exotic birds and animals, so children have something to do and don't get bored. It is really an experience to wake up in the middle of the night to the roar of a predator :). The restaurant serves food until late, which is very ok especially when you are traveling with children and they are always hungry.

The quality of the coffee offered in the breakfast price is poor. However, I drink the paid coffee. The constant cigarette smoke everywhere is disturbing, especially if you come with children.

The property is cosy and with the nice location. The personell is very helpful and welcoming. However, the bath at the room was really tiny and the shower door doesn’t close completely.

Breakfast was tasty, very well prepared, authentic Serbian style and it was rich in quantity, overall food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff are helpful, the place is gorgeous. Also, the rooms are clean, cute and for one night stay we were very satisfied. The zoo was an attraction for the kids, that was the main reason of our reservation. All in all, all expectations were met.

The family bungalow part is not fully completed yet. There are two things that we can tell, first the walls are a bit thin so we were literally heard everything from the other room. Secondly, the spa centre could be better in terms of the maintenance.

The hotel is in the middle of nature so gave a relaxing vibe away from noise and pollution. it’s a very safe place and We felt very comfortable for our children to run around freely, it wasn’t overly crowded.

Nothing, everything is perfect.

Short stay, 4 days, 3 nights. This is our 4th stay in this resort. Everything is perfect as usual - excellent food, nice and comfortable rooms, as well as polite, friendly and helpful staff. And a wonderful big zoo garden with free entrance for resort guests. We will for sure come again.
