The only complaint I had is that there is not much within walking distance so you will have to Uber everywhere.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and very large. The staff are very helpful, especially Reham at reception and Mamdouh, the manager. Both gave good advice on things to do and places to go in Jeddah.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Good value for money. Hotel manager Mamdouh helped me a lot with our tour and made me feel the carma of kindness. He also helped me reserve the train to Medina and gave me great advice on Saudi travel from a traveler's perspective. Thank you, Mamdouh!!

very professional and friendly staff, very kind and giving. i accidentally broke a marble stick in the bathroom, and they showed more concern to my safety and wellbeing than to the property. They also refused any compensation for the damage done and apologized to me instead! room exceeded my expectations as well, and it's definitely bigger than it looks in the pictures. they offer all the amenities needed and are available around the clock. bed was very comfortable, and the lighting was just perfect, having so many different kinds of light, making it perfect for all different situations. The hotel also offers free access to the gym on the 8th floor, which is also convenient if one wants to keep their gym routine. the location of the hotel is quite covenient as well, given its proximity to touristic areas and malls, one mall is a 2-3mins walk from the hotel, and all other attractions are a short drive (depends on traffic). I would definitely stay here again next time, and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good place to stay here.

House keeping staff were amazing. Everything was immaculate, from slippers to weighing scales which was a nice little touch. Every find detail was meticulously taken care of. Little gold boxes for tooth brush accessories etc. Coffee machine in the room made a massive difference in starting the day. Well done to housekeeping staff, reception for booking my taxi and printing my tickets. Keep it up and see you soon. Hamza

I specifically booked this property because it had a sauna and only after I had settled into my room was I told it was under maintenance. That was extremely disappointing. If facilities aren’t working this should be obvious when booking.

The entrance and exit to the basement car park (especially for large vehicles) is rather steep. One reason why people prefer to park outside in front of the main entrance.

I like the services of Mr Abdul Kareem ( bell boy) and Mr Zakir Bangali brother. They are available on q call and serve their customers with heart.

Kids play area isn't functional as well as no swimming pool. Spa was also closed. If you are 3 person in the room there should be 3 sleepers, more shower gel and items.

Location is nice, room is cleaned, everything is good. Just please change the lighting buttons, turning on 1 light button shouldn't turn all lights in the room. Lobby or cupboard area should have separate button for lights which shouldn't effect other ppl sleeping in the room. Comfortable bed. Excellent services provided by Mr Zakir Bangali brother house keeping supervisor. He is very attentive and listen to your requests Al Baik is next to hotel so you can enjoy Egg breakfast sandwich in breakfast from there. Abdul Kareem Bell boy is very helpful and attentive with smiling face
