PakistanThe room service staff (dark colored fat guy) was too rude and started misbehaving from the moment I opened the door. I called the reception and reported his behavior. The kettle was very dirty. The room was small but reasonable for a couple.

SpainOld and small room, the bathroom was very old too and the shower was not closed at all making the floor wet and dangerous. The swimming pool was not climatized, all the facilities were out of service. The breakfast staff were not kind with us, they just support people they know, we did not receive any kind of attention.

New ZealandThe water pressure in the shower is weak and not having a shower door to prevent water going around the bathroom when having a shower was a disappointment. Also, being served plastic cutlery at dinner does not align with the hotel’s standing. But the room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the staff helpful and friendly. I’d stay here again.
