Saudi ArabiaLittle bit shock for the location, cause its like hidden gem hotel. But after one day I stay there. I used to with the hidden location of this hotel. Easy to go anywhere from there. Especially the golf car drop us in front of shawarma store. So you can bought some food if you got hungry. I was dissappointed, theres no slipper and cutleris like spoon and fork. And the bed was a bit hard. And it make uncomfortable. Need mattres protector to make it soft the bed. Will be very nice!! But so far is good!
I would like reccomend this hotel for everyone who see my review, because for some reason : 1. Near to masjidil haram, 10 min by walk after the golf car drop you 2. Super Friendly staff, I like their work, the ways they’re treats the guest 3. The golf car is ready anytime, and you can call them anytime also when you need pick up. And they will coming very fast 4. The room was clean 5. Got super cheap price for 3night in 500 SAR

BahrainI was actually searching for the light switches in the room, which i couddnt find first, and then called the frontdesk to send someone to show me, surprisingly the switches and plug points were hidded by the pillow as those was located at the backside of the bed. Keeping a plub point at the bed is really dangourous as there can get fire while using the plug for charging phone or operating electrical items. Hope the hotel management will look into this seriously.

Location was good, 10-15 mins walk to Haram. Had an issue with shower, the staff was very quick in resolving the issue which was very good.

United KingdomNo restaurant within the hotel. Just a suggestion don’t listen to any of the guys when they say there is food available inside the hotel. That food is not suitable for anyone, not even the poor. I suggest you go buy your food personally and then you can eat it inside the hotel or outside. Just use the shuttle, then when you get dropped off you will find many good food shops there.
The room is as shown in pictures. Lovely room and hotel. Cleaning staff are also good, you just gotta remember to press the ‘cleaning’ option on the screen next to the door otherwise no one will show up. There are many food shops available nearby, just a walking distance. Has free shuttle service to drop you off mainly because you never have the reception available when you call them to get a shuttle to pick you up again. Unless ur lucky, you’ll find one there already. The Haram is one street away once dropped off from the shuttle, so, I’d say it’s close by.

QatarLast ~ 300 meters + heightened way to hotel from Haram to hotel. Only 2 Golf cars available and you’ll find one only. Golf cars number/frequency should be more as per number of guests. Too much overpriced during last 10 days of Ramadan.
