They let us check in early and check out late. Staff was very cooperative. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the haram. They have cart service as well but sometimes it was quicker to walk than wait for it.

I would like reccomend this hotel for everyone who see my review, because for some reason : 1. Near to masjidil haram, 10 min by walk after the golf car drop you 2. Super Friendly staff, I like their work, the ways they’re treats the guest 3. The golf car is ready anytime, and you can call them anytime also when you need pick up. And they will coming very fast 4. The room was clean 5. Got super cheap price for 3night in 500 SAR

Little bit shock for the location, cause its like hidden gem hotel. But after one day I stay there. I used to with the hidden location of this hotel. Easy to go anywhere from there. Especially the golf car drop us in front of shawarma store. So you can bought some food if you got hungry. I was dissappointed, theres no slipper and cutleris like spoon and fork. And the bed was a bit hard. And it make uncomfortable. Need mattres protector to make it soft the bed. Will be very nice!! But so far is good!

Rude staff especially the bengali one who was being rude bc I parked even though I had the hotel booked.

Two day Umrah Trip stay and amazing location. Staff. + Free Cart Hotel to Ajyad Street. Near to Haram hardly 5 minutes to Haram walk. If pick taxi 1 minutes maximum. Normal traffic Maximum taxi charge 10Sar to drop Haram gate. I like BW Hotel

The hotel location is in small alleyway Located about 1 km from Harem . Golf car will carry you for about 300 meters, and then you will compelte the way walking . (for old persons or people on wheelchairs, it is not considered near to HARAM) I booked three days On the first day, there was a power outage for about 4.5 hours we were in the 11 floor ( it is actually the 16 floor ), so my old mother couldn't go to Haram for prayer. For the second day , there were 5 buses closing the street, so the golf car couldn't go on the way to haram After an argument with them. they offered one worker to push my mum's wheel chair to the street end so she could go to pray in Haram . My plans were changed, so I cancelled my third night . they didn't refund my last night although it was booked with higher rates (At the time of booking they informed me booking allowed only through booking website WHICH IS NO CANCELLATION BOOKING ) You can not hear the call to prayer inside Rooms
