Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

the facility and staff were outstanding. great support and excellent reception services. i like the restaurant specially breakfast was great. the location is awesome and easy to go out/in , easy to approach downtown and reach all location in Riyadh fast. the future of the location is great near to king Salman park it will be a high recommended from my side all the time

The location was perfect for us, as very near the venue of the trade show we attended. The hotel staff was helpful and welcoming, the rooms well-appointed and cleaned regularly. The morning breakfast was good with lots of choices, from pastries to hot food, cheese, salads, fresh juices, etc.

However, I was inconvenienced when someone came to charge me for that extra bed after midnight while I was asleep. It would have been more appropriate to charge on the room or come to me the following day.
The location was good. The shaded parking was very important in summer

Saudi ArabiaThe main complain was that there were no USB ports for charging as my colleagues came from out of KSA so they many equipments and chargers using usb and they were expecting it to be available as in other hotel where they stayed. As plugin sockets were of Saudi standard so they have to use to converter.
The staff was helpful and location was easily accessible. There were local shops and a park at walking distance from hotel.
