When i booked the hotel there was a sign that parking available. I even wrote about parking request - response was not clear. To my surprise parking is handles by different company and charged at 185 SAR for tenants or 280 SAR for others.

Nice big rooms, from some of the rooma even can see haram. Bus to haram available 24/7.

The property was exceptional. The staff are readily available and take pride in their work. All requests are resolved quickly. They also have a free shuttle bus, every 10-15 mins, that drops you off closer to the Haram (but the walk is reasonable and recommended if not running late)

They didn’t have enough staff at the front desk/reception, so you often have to wait too long to be helped. Usually, there are only one or two employees at the front desk. The breakfast was expensive for the value provided.

Excellent room, location, and room service. The shuttle bus to the Haram was a major plus.

The drop off bus was frequent but the drop off Point was clear not great, every time when dropped off, you had to go down via some seriously crappy service elevators of Conrad building, and then walk for 500m+ to get to Haram, the choice of drop off Point would be bad(4/10). The buses must drop off people to under-ground drop off Point right below Haram WC6. The shuttle buses could have been cleaner. The breakfast was okayish, somewhat crowded and seating of Terrace was closed for unknown reasons, leading to a cramped up seating/too many people. The food options in breakfast were rather basic but the staff would generally try their best to get what you need, For breakfast, I would score 6.5/10 considering what I was expecting from a top notch hotel. Room service items were expensive, i.e a burger at 60sar+, I just hope they can get better food options to locate in their premises as the food courts around Haram(Hyatt/Conrad/Clock tower) are all really bad.

We booked a suite and Doubletree had already put extra beds needed for our children in same price as shown online on booking.com. The room was clean, good view and very well maintained. The lobby area and overall hotel ambience was equivalent to 5* hotels. Shuttle to Haram was available every few minutes and staff was quite friendly/willing to help. Overall very solid value for money, I would select it again, but do hope they can fix the drop off location and breakfast and firmly claim a 5* status.

Location is uphill but there are shuttle buses every 15 minutes that take you to a location 5-minute walk to Haram

I have asked for an early check as I was travelling for more than 30 hour since starting my journey for ummrah.Arrived at 10:30 am and despite the room availability, I have to pay extra 250 SAR fee for the early check in. Note I checked out early at 9 am.

The location is slightly distant from masjid al haram, requires to get on the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus drops at conrad jabal omar where you are required to take an elevator to reach masjid al haram. During prayer time this elevator becomes too crowded with longer waiting times. This need to be looked at.

The cleanliness, the staff, the property in itself was very good. Had no complaints during the entire stay. The buffet breakfast was great too, could have been better by providing a varying menu throughout the week.

elevator can take a moment going up/down if everyone it stops at every floor. Nothing unusual but account for wait time if using closer to rush time.

Excellent stay overall. There is a shuttle to takes you to Concord hilton in case you don't want to walk.

I was disappointed that the room was not cleaned every day during my stay. I expected daily housekeeping, but the service seemed inconsistent.

Hotel maybe can consider to change from Van to Buggy / Golf Cart for hotel shuttle to alHaram. Buggy easier and faster.
