Thee road was a problem for me entering and exiting due to construction also coming from the street it’s not clear that there is an entrance

was disappointed with the breakfast selection. The buffet mostly consisted of processed cheeses, meats, and starchy items. As a guest expecting either a local or international standard, I hoped to see a more balanced and appealing spread.

As an international traveler, I kindly suggest expanding the breakfast menu to include wholesome, sugar-free items that cater to a variety of cultural tastes. A few options to consider: Hot porridge (oats, millet, or rice-based) Seasonal fresh fruits (no added sugar) White cheeses (halloumi, akkawi, nabulsi, ricotta) Aged/cured cheeses (lightly salted) Egg station (boiled, poached, or omelets without additives) Fava beans (foul medames with olive oil & lemon) Plain oatmeal with optional cinnamon or cooked dried fruits Steamed or sautéed vegetables Two natural juices (e.g., pomegranate or orange — no added sugar) Whole grain or sourdough bread Thank you for considering this suggestion to enhance the wellness and diversity of your breakfast offerings.

It was unclear where we could dine together in the hotel. I understood there was room service though, so getting food was ok. We opted to head out which was fine as Ubers are abundant and places to eat not too far away.

On arrival the look and feel was calming (water feature and scented air). Rooms were generously sized. The beds super comfortable and consumables replenished every day.

I paid for the inclusive evening meal package, but the restaurant was not open for this and you had to order through room service but this was not mentioned at check in or in the information pack in the room,there was not a menu to look through, when I went to the coffee bar for assistance they had a tablet which had a menu but not all items were on the prepaid dinner choice which only contained 3 items, however the meals that I had were good and plenty full. I don't believe that the meal package was worth the extra cost of £200 for 3 days. A mistake not to be repeated.

I was first put into a smoking room. I did not like it. However, I got a new room and was very happy with it.

Car parking at the hotel is a bit of a challenge. Going through the driveway is not so easy. The other option is parking outside.

The pool was not allowed for children, neither did they have a specific female time which was disappointing.

The staff weren’t rude but they weren’t exactly engaged either. Especially the ground floor staff. The receptionists were all great but the other staff on the ground floor weren’t very welcoming or helpful. I think thats what separates this hotel from 4 star to 5 star

Very good hotel with excellent decor and impressive gym facilities. The breakfast is really good and the location is also excellent for Boulevard world/city. The parking lot is quite tight so bear that in mind but the outdoor parking is acceptable.

The location was not good in terms of buying anything from outside, also the breakfast food quality was average. There were options but it seems that they were cooked quite early morning so became hard, and finger chips were not good as we had to discard. Also they should work on bathroom door, as it was not closing properly and there was a gap right in front were you sit for your numbers

The room size was very good, and well decorated and also the staff was very good and friendly. The parking space was inside the building but since my car was big so had to park outside building but again space was provided by hotel

The location was good, room nice, and the gym was commercial quality. Absolutely brilliant if you want to train.
