Amazing staff. Very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. I had to cut my trip short for work and the hotel were excellent in understanding this. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again on my next visit to Jeddah.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed my time there. The facilities were comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The room was decent and equipped with a kettle and a fridge. The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. However, the main downside was the road noise you could still hear everything from outside, which indicates a lack of soundproofing. Also, the area had a lot of road construction and detours, which made getting around a bit inconvenient.

I stayed for three nights, and the room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay, despite my request. Additionally, toilet paper wasn't restocked until I specifically asked for it.

The directions received when booking the hotel were not good; the taxi driver and I kept on ringing the hotel to find the directions, and it took a long time to get through. There was noisy building work going on the ground floor, and it continued throughout the nose.

A comfortable, clean and surprisingly large studio, comfortable bed, friendly staff, shops and restaurants nearby, close to the airport.

The lift is very slow, which makes us wait a long time. There is no cooktop in the kitchen.

I travel from dammam to jeddah and i book this hotel and paid the full amount and when i arrive to the hotel !! Surprise there was not hotel !!! It was close by the government !! No emails or no one call or inform us that it was close ! And no one refund our payment!!!!! And i arrive alone at night 2:30 midnight and all the hotels near this ugly hotel was full, so i had to take another taxi to get out from this area to find hotel !! It was the biggest lie

Staff are nice but not very helpful and not responsive. My luggage were left on the street for more than 10 minutes while I was checking in; luckily a kind guy brought them in, he turned out to be a shared-owner who passed by and found them on the street. There was NO dustbin in the room and NO phone. I took my trash downstairs and asked for one, they never brought it until I checked out. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, that was okay because I didn’t stay for long but this isn’t professional. There was no napkins I asked for one and they brought it.
