We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location is directly across the street and that can be noisy. The building next to the hotel has maintenance work and they start working from the early morning, which caused us inconvenience and discomfort. Parking area is not that wide and it’s hard to park the car sometimes.
The location is good and close to most services. The suite and its furniture was good. The breakfast was modest with limited options but still good. The staff at the reception was great.

SloveniaDuring our two-night stay, no one cleaned our room, changed towels, emptied trash bins, or delivered new toilet paper. After the first night, we stayed in our room until 11:30 am. When we came back in the evening, our room had not been 'visited' by housekeepers. Okay, we presumed that it was perhaps our fault as we left the room late. The next morning, we switched the 'make up our room' button, so we expected the room to be okay at least on second day. We were surprised that no one 'visited' our room when we came back in the evening. And as we had to leave the room by midnight, we felt disappointed. A minimum standard in such a hotel would be to 'empty trash bins' and 'deliver new toilet paper'. The refrigerator could be too noisy and bright for light sleepers.
The hotel is ok. You can park your car in the garage or on the street (both free of charge). Room was big enough, internet working perfectly, beds and pillows are really comfortable. Breakfast could be improved, but is still ok.
