আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, খুব সুন্দর সার্ভিস। পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রুম। স্টাফদের আচরণ ছিল প্রশংসনীয়। বিশেষ করে রিসিভশনিষ্ট আনমার,ওচাম জাবের এবং ফ্লোর সুপারভাইজার ইসমাইল। ওরা খুব প্রফেশনাল।

My stay at the hotel was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me (wesam and anmar) with a warm smile and excellent service

Good staff, about 10 to 12 minutes to Haram, and clean facilities. About 5 minutes to shops and fast food small restaurants.

The facilities were nice. It is a 15 minute walk from the haram. The room is nice

The wifi was very bad. I spoke to the staff but they did not help at all. Some of the staff were very rude and when I requested something they would look at you in a funny manner. Make sure you have data if you want to stay here but it is very okay for the price that you pay

I initially chose this hotel as it looked super close to Jarwal bus station. And as I prefer to take the bus to and from the Jeddah airport and Madinah, I thought it would be convenient especially as I had quite a short stay. I believe it's about 3 mins walk to the station and about 15mins walk to the Haram's premises. I had booked a double bed accomodation and got upgraded somehow to a bigger room, which was unexpected but nice. The room was clean. It overlooked a part of the Haram and it was fully equipped with enough hygiene supplies. Everything was thought through, and they have gone as far as to provide a loofah, a shaving kit, and even a shoe polish... Overall, the staff were welcoming. Shout-out to the bellman who works the morning shifts as he was super kind and helpful. They have also kindly arranged for me to leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout as I had a late flight and had to go to Haram to perform a couple of prayers before leaving. Shout-out to Ustadh Adil for waiting after his shift ended to deliver the Amana.

The simplicity and dedication of your house keeping staff in person of OSMAN GANI MULLUK is amazing. Whatever I requested he deliver it perfectly and beyond my expectation.

Good for stay, my experience excellent price and location very near to Haram Sharif, near to market near to Restaurants and most important no any issues for finding Vehicles, because if I go out of hotel on road have Vehicles, valuable for price. Thanks
