BahrainThe service staff were not trained well specially the housekeeper was so rude I just asked for water and tea and was late night he said we kept one small bottle of water and we refilled every day by afternoon. Early morning I spoke with the night reception and told him the housekeeper refused to give me water for tea he said the housekeeper doesn’t have the authority to give you tea or water I told him it’s to late in the night to go out and buy water or tea He replied me that there is Al tamimi supermarket close by. Latter he sent me two bottles of water and two tea bags
It’s close to Aidan walk and there is a lot of restaurants and coffee shops close by and the rooms is clean and comfortable On the check in the front desk staff was nice and helpful

Location was perfect. Next to Tamimi Markets and some fast foods nearby. Lots of Parking spaces available around the property. Duplex rooms were a big plus as bedroom was separated from the Hall. Reasonable priced. Courteous Staff. Comfortable Beds and Sofas.

Saudi ArabiaIt's a very old building with old furniture which needs maintenance. Internet did not work a single day. The telephone also was not working so had to walk to reception. Breakfast is average. Toilet also were not properly clean and needed maintenance as water exit was clogged.
