Location.I won’t recommend if you are elder or visiting with elder, or have musculoskeletal issues or with babies. Steep uphill on return from Haram is very exhausting.

we were in a room with wooden windows. The noise from the work outside was coming through which was affecting my sleep i would recommend these rooms windows are reviewed for noise

Excellent breakfast choice, location very close to the Haram - 5 minute walk. also big advantage is it the direction of human traffic - so much less on this side compared to all the other sides

Choosing the Hilton Jabal Omar was the best decision we made for our Umrah. The direct access to the Haram is a game-changer, eliminating any stress about transportation. The room was a comfortable sanctuary where we could rest and recharge. The entire facility is top-notch, and the staff were always helpful and courteous. For any pilgrim seeking a seamless and uplifting experience close to the Holy Mosque, this hotel is perfect.

The internet access(WIFI) was not great and was quite epileptic.

The location was easily accessible, the restaurant food had a lot of varieties, the room was very comfortable.

I stayed here with my family in June and had an excellent experience! We were able to check in early and received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options. Special thanks to Fatima at reception for the warm welcome and exceptional service, which set the tone for our stay.

The small shampoo and body gel tubes. I used to have a bottle full of shampoo, another full of conditioner, and a third full of body gel. This time, I nearly paid double the price of last year, and I was provided with small tubes of shampoo, gel and conditioner.

I have had a room with no view at all. It was surrounded by walls on all sides. I was very disappointed as last time I used to have a room overlooking the Haram,

The distance from the hotel to reach the holly mosque is really inconvenient with the heat and the bad pavements full of sellers and ongoing constructions. The heat of many cars and traffic makes it difficult.

The connivance of spaces around and the quality of the breakfast and its variety. The staff are also good and they treat guests kindly.

We asked for a fourth bed, they said they’d bring it up and didn’t. Also when we asked for the room to be cleaned, coffee and other refreshments were added, garbage removed but no cleaning done in bathroom

It was fairly close to many amenities, especially the Kaaba.

The room was overall clean. The bathroom was clean. Under the bed however was not cleaned. There was popcorn and packets left over from the previous customer. We didn't mind so much as over all it was clean. The TV is relatively old. It has it's own hotel software running which can be clunky and slow. Nevertheless, one didn't need to use it as you spend most of your time outside etc.

Excellent location. Good air conditioning Comfortable beds Comfortable extra bed provides to the room. We got a single room initially with two separate beds but an extra bed was added ( with plenty of room left in the room itself). The bed can sleep an adult.

We reserved two connecting rooms and unfortunately Bathrooms was not perfectly clean we called the housekeeping service to come to clean them and put more towels

The staff was very kind and helpful also my family appreciate the diversity and the rich breakfast buffet and of course the location was the perfect thing really our stay was amazing alhamdoulilah
