The receptionist was unprofessional in handling the situation, and the check-in process took more than 20 minutes because the ATM device was not working. He requested payment in cash, and when I told him I didn’t have cash, he asked me to transfer the amount manually by registering the IBAN and then sending the receipt via WhatsApp. It felt more like torture than a check-in process. Additionally, I requested two extra blankets three times with reminders, but I checked out without receiving them. For reference, during a previous stay at this hotel, I also had an issue with the reception staff. Another unprofessional receptionist informed me at 6:30 PM that my room wasn’t ready despite having a confirmed booking, which led me to cancel my reservation. The main problem with this hotel is the lack of professionalism in dealing with customers.

The smell of smoking was horrible and the cleaning was bad+ staff was unprofessional at all. Will not recommend it, especially if you have kids and want to sleep in a clean place. Do not let the photos fool you.

This place is absolutely disgusting, it’s dirty, it stinks of cigarettes, everything in the apartment is broken or faulty, both showers had a hole in the ceiling and something was leaking in whatever the fluid was. The photos used are not indicative of the current state of the rooms, they are an utter dump and this place needs to be removed from Booking.com, the balcony door cannot be locked, anyone can open it, on the 3rd night the AC in the main bedroom sounded like it was going to blow up, woke up my wife and 1 year old son in the middle of the night extremely scared. In the morning it was dripping and was covered in black smoke. This place is a safety hazard to booking.com guests. They allow guests to throw parties that run until 7/8am with no regard for other paying guests, they do not take any steps to address such behaviour, our solution to this was turning our boombox on full volume at 7am to make sure our neighbours party didn’t stop. We got the apartment with no towels, no hangers.

I arrived to the location around 4 PM. The staff was not welcoming and I did the check in and the villa was not ready to accommodate all the member. The electricity was switched off and the AC was not cooling as the outside temperature was 40 Celsius and inside the villa was extremely hot. I went back to the receptionist and I explained that the temperature is extremely hot inside the villa and it took us around two hours until we changed to another villa which was the room temperature was acceptable. Also I want to share that the Internet browsing was not working so I had to use my Cellular data Internet package. Also, I want to share that there was no enough towels in the toilet and no enough complimentary water bottle and when I ask the receptionist for water bottle, they mentioned that it’s chargeable three Saudi riyal per bottle. Overall my experience with this hotel is extremely bad and the price is extremely expensive for such unprofessional service.

The wifi barely works. The apartment was not clean the furniture was burnt.. the phone in the apartment wasn't working so i had to call them by my phone when i want anything during my stay. Other than that was very good the reception are very king and willing to help to ease everything.
