Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SwedenThe breakfast was to be ordered but unfortunately most of the times we didn’t get what we ordered, it seemed the meals were prepared and you simply get what they have. The alternatives were quite few and the menu needs to be updated and enriched. Cereals weren’t served at all.
The hotel was clean and the rooms were big with cozy beds. The tv channels were convenient for kids. We had access to a pentry with some kitchen tools so it was possible to cook our own meals.

The location is very good. Restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance. AS Salamah district is quite central, not far from the airport and not far from the Corniche. The room was very spacious, clean and the staff was very attentive with everything that I needed. The room was cleaned on request almost everyday. I stayed 9 nights and I was pleased with my stay here.

A good hotel suitable for a family stay. Area is completely safe with a good selection of grocery shops and small cafes. A decent rooftop swimming pool was an added bonus! Breakfast was very well prepared and tasty, and generously served by Chef Muhammed, who keenly ensured that everyone was well served. Brother Mustafa and young Sister Ghram on seperate reception duties were both friendly and always helpful throughout our short stay. Akas and Mohsin from the Household Team were enthusiastic and also happy to service the room. Special thanks to the Management who approved a late check-out to allow a precious opportunity to visit nearby HRH Prince Sultan Masjid for Jumm'ah Prayers before our evening return flight. We would happily recommend Moments Hotel as we would happily return to this hotel for the a future visit. Thank you to everyone at MOMENTS Hotel
