The location is great few mins walk from the Haram, the staff are great although they are bombarded with the guests but they are doing their best to help (big shout to brother Ahmed) Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, free parking was a bonus but you might struggle to find parking on Friday but staff do their best to help

We got a suite since traveling as a family. Everything was neat and clean. I really liked that it was a 10 min walk to the haram. However, when coming back you do need to encounter a hill area.

The room 344 didn’t have a good drain system. The water was just still which was really annoying in the bathroom

creepy doors poor WiFi mosquitoes stayed 5 nights and not once they cleaned the room poor cumunication reception staff Can not understand any English at all shuttle service very poor not just for this hotel its for the gruop of hotels and always use taxi not recommend for people with family or elderly

It’s a 3 star hotel nothing luxurious but all facilities are nice, clean and tidy, and the staff are helpful. I arrived earlier than normal checking time, but the staff allowed me to check in, that was a very nice welcoming gesture which you wouldn’t expect in most hotels. Most importantly the hotel proximity to the Holly Haram Mosque is great which’s about 15 minutes walk.

Hotel location is near to haram around 20 min walking distance. Hotel service was very good. Staff was cooperative

Overall money wise hotel is very good. You cannot find hotel with these facilities with less money
