The restaurants are all massively overpriced. Shisha at SAR 250 a pop is too pricey. Any restaurant you go to is circa SAR 250+ per person. That could be looked at to be honest and the prices moderated to suit. That's really the only thing I can say was not to my liking.

The place is phenomenal, period. The restaurant options are great as well. The grounds are fantastically maintained and its serene environment to walk through on all fronts. There's plenty of options to occupy yourself with once you get there and all the staff are great. It's also very quiet. A great place to escape the madly fast pace of Riyadh. If you have kids, there's also plenty of stuff to keep them occupied.

I was surprised there are so few people not sure why but liked the quietness though, I also appreciate the professionalism of the reception staff but there were a calls of offering a late check out and then another call to dismiss that and it has confused us a little bit but then an honest apology and clarification was initiated, so happy with the final results.

I loved every part of the experience! The nature, the atmosphere, the clean villa and comfortable bed, the yummy welcoming sweets, the private pool and the trees surrounding them and didn’t mind the leafs falling on the pool as it is clean and fresh, the friendly and professional staff, providing all of our requests and hospitality, the breakfast was abundant and the ingredients are excellent quality and the pastries and baked goods are delicious, the entertainment center was well occupied with entertainment facilities the kids loved it, I didn’t tried the Spa yet but very keen to try it my next visit, morning stroll in the middle of July heat was a blast the weather was very nice in the morning 29 degrees, definitely will come back inshallah!

Location: Approximately 1 hour from Riyadh, with a scenic 3km drive to the gate, where guests can enjoy a unique experience spotting animals like giraffes along the way. Reception and Staff: The welcoming reception set the tone for an exceptional stay. The staff, from reception to guides and restaurant crew, provided outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience. Thanks to Yousef for visiting us during dinner. Dining: Dinner at the steakhouse was a highlight, with perfectly cooked steaks and desserts that struck the right balance of sweetness. Special mention to Gley for their excellent service. For lunch, we enjoyed Indian cuisine at another restaurant, where Chef Marley's dishes were a hit with our party. Alden's service was also commendable. Accommodation and Gardens: The villa was stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens that transported us to Bali or Africa. The presence of flamingos and guinea fowl roaming freely added to the charm. The tea house was a lovely spot to spend the night. Activities: We enjoyed mini golf, the indoor playplace, and rejuvenating spa treatments. With many activities to explore, such as zoo safaris, free cinema, and bowling, we're already planning our next visit. Overall: This resort offers a unique blend of luxury, adventure, and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway for families and couples alike. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon.

Drivers of golf karts drive too fast and irresponsibly at night. We like walking on the pathways, but were twice almost run over. There seems to be no regard for pedestrians, and there appears to be no speed limit. The safety risk is unfortunately something the resort will have to manage better.

There are no advantages as you're staying in the hotel in terms of the activities cost...no discount at all. There is no enough choices for the lunch or dinner, only one restaurant is available for lunch and dinner

After i reach there, my car had some problems and it could not start. The reception guy Bader Al Dahmashi send sb to work on my car. It took them some time but they finally made it working again. This is life saving. Thanks a lot!

Everything is perfect.

The resort is beautiful. Golf cart is available all the time to move within the resort area. Restaurants have varieties of food. The Bunglow and garden have good aesthetic. All the staff is very helpful. Asif Ali at reception was very supportive thru our stay. Abdullah at the entertainment centre was very kind and helpful. Dhafer made our safari very comfortable and joyful.
