Saudi ArabiaHonestly, breakfast needs a bit of a push. For example proper coffee machine will be a touch to complete the perfect image of the hotel. though to be honest there is a coffee machine in each room and the quality of the capsules is topnotch.
The hotel is exceptional in every aspect and the branding and attention to detail is beyond description. It will be my first choice for Abha.

Saudi ArabiaThe hotel senior staff needs to improve their professionalism. They accused me of stealing towels, but they were not in my room after housekeeping. I asked the manager to show me security footage to prove otherwise, but he refused. This experience was deeply insulting. One more thing: the room make ups and house keeping is something that you have to ask for and you should ask for this before 8:00 pm otherwise they will not provide it to you. The lack of lifeguards resulted in the unavailability of the swimming pool, I chose this hotel to enjoy the facilities but it was not available.
