The Night Manager Mamdou displayed exceptional service, so polite and accommodating. The room we had was so comfortable. Mamdou was so easy to talk to and seemed so genuine in accommodating our needs, even going out his way to ensuring we were happy. Breakfast service was also exceptional, everything you could want to eat and more ( cereals, hot foods, deserts, fish dishes, veggie and vegan options.) Chef shariful Alan Chef najat, both great to talk to and breakfast service was great. Waiters and waitresses 10/10 service. The Prayer room is beautiful, and the security is great. Exceptional cleanliness throughout the whole hotel, and beautiful decor. Tea and dates served in the reception free of charge, mmm 🤤. Only 5 minutes walk to Masjid Al-Haram, absolutely perfect. I definitely plan to come back to this hotel insha'Allah.

No view of Masjid Al Haram from your hotel room. So much road works currently around the hotel, which is an eye sore. The hotel room Safe (for personal items) was not working. Laundry service did not attend when I requested their service, so I had to out source the Laundry service instead.

The location, the clearness, the very cooperative and nice staff, the food and restaurants, The vibe is definitely for a Sheraton

Only one thing, I did not find a microwave in my room.

the lady at reception, her name Razan was extremely nice and helpful Plus The Saudi man,Maheer Al Outaibei, was the same, well done.

The hilly nature of the route to the Haram

I liked the fact that the hotel is of close proximity to the Haram. The breakfast was a vast array of different foods to choose from and it was nutritious. Staff were friendly and helpful

However, there seems to be a communication barrier. Not all the staff at the front desk/reception could communicate in good and proper English

Hotel very well located to get to the Haram. The hotel is modern and well maintained. Thanks to Abdul Alim for the careful cleaning of our room and for his intentions we always had bottles of water and soap.

I liked the cafe very good service and I liked the fast elevators and the staff was very pleasing

I stayed with my son for 4 nights. The location was very convenient, about a 4-minute walk from gate 124 of the Haram Makki. The suite is very clean, it is comfortable, and the size is perfect. It has 2 bathrooms. So it was more than enough. The breakfast had a large variety, and an exceptional standard was maintained throughout our stay. I would definitely revisit

The restaurants were both very busy at all times. The restaurant needs to manage the number of guests who visit the restaurant at given times, especially for families with young children, and sometimes can not get in.
