I loved the ambiance and all the facilities. It's very nice place for a break. The bord house was amazing for a morning coffee.

Located very far from city, but there are restaurants and grocery nearby.

Amazing to spend a day and night.. Private pool with warm water.. Arrangements for grill.. Staff were good.

Its somefar from city 2nd I didnt get any towel or slipper in toilet No foot mat present even Its minor things but matter alot

During the summer season all the 3 AC units does not perform well. Flies repeller must be installed.

Location is very far away from city. We came at night time and streets were very dark. With that rent of the place many better chalets closer to city can be booked. Swimming pool was dirty. .

Swimming pool wasn't warm despite the staff claim. More focus requires on cleanliness. No slippers and enough towels. Hard Mattress. Location is far from Taif city center.

Very very nice chalet.... Nice warm pool for children to enjoy in....Mr mustafa the manager was very helpful and well mannered... private parking space is available within the chalet as well...

The chalet was generally okay but had several drawbacks. The location was quite far from the city despite being listed as in the city, which was inconvenient. Bathroom slippers were not provided, and the bedsheets could have been cleaner.

Rating: 6/10 Stayed for 1 night with family. The positive side, the outside area was pleasant, and the kitchen and swimming pool were decent. With some improvements in cleanliness and clarity about the location, the experience could be much better. Overall, average stay but not great value for money.

Overall cleanliness, pool was smelly, no eye to details like basic cleanliness, you can enjoy view of spiderwebs, crawling insects, kitchen was just for namesake only, a couple of utensils like 2 glasses (dirty) and nothing much. (Had to buy a bug spray, that also from a secluded shop 15 mins away.)

Privacy was as intended, other than that, staff was respectful.

The location is very far No internet, No towels and slippers in bathroom.. Upon request it was privided. No hair dryer. Red ants on bed

BEWARE: This property asks for prepayment even though their booking page clearly says no prepayment needed. Based on their behavior I did not feel safe to take my family here and did not stay as a result. I had to make calls to booking . com customer service to alert them about the situation.

NO Wifi

Everything was good and upto the mark, only if they can add wifi also it will be great.

The swimming pool needs maintenance since there are cracks in the swimming pool walls. Also the bottom of the pool is slippery and in some areas are dented. Also it needs to be cleaned out, there is sand everywhere at the bottom of the pool. The bed sheets needs to be cleaned since when using the covers I received a rash in both arms. They need to tighten the loose bed lamps.

The attendance were very polite and when you raise any concern to them, they respond immediately.

All the facilities mentioned there were not available. It must be cleaned properly only the floors were cleaned. Bedsheets and curtains, sofas were smelly. flies and ants were hovering around the chalet.No dustbins were available.

It was available on the spot. We didn't wait outside the chalet.
