Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. TurkeyThe only thing that i can complain about is I reserve a room with a view of city, but there were only wall of closest building. There were no view. They tried to change the room but the room shown was very small for 4.
Vallahi they're super cool. The people working here are so kind. Everything is really good. Staff is amazing, cleanliness is great even for us as Turkish people :) -My mum couldn’t deal with if it wasn’t that clean- // The room was also nice. It's also quite close to the Kaaba. For those undecided about Al-Maqam, I can say this: I don't think it's spiritually beneficial to walk through a huge shopping mall while going to Tawaf/Kaaba. Also, the mall's elevators are a complete mess; I think Swissotel Makkah is much better.

United KingdomI recently stayed at Swissotel Makkah, we had 4 rooms in total, and my experience was truly outstanding. The service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to guests' needs. The facilities were excellent as well, offering everything one could need for a smooth and comfortable visit. The hotel is beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate the large number of visitors. We opted for a Ka'bah view it was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend it. The hotel is in prime location. Being so close to the Haram makes it incredibly convenient, especially for prayer times. Having such easy access truly enhanced the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Swissôtel Makkah during my Umrah trip, and it was truly an excellent experience. I booked a Kaaba view room, and I must say the view was absolutely exceptional—by far the best I have ever had in all my visits to Makkah. Saudi ArabiaThe lack of designated parking spaces for guests and serving the hotel is very annoying. Parking spaces should be designated for hotels, where guests' cars are received and parked in the parking lots by your staff and requested when needed as one of the services provided.
Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome. We look forward to your next visit, but we hope that the one-time hospitality offered to our suite guests will be complemented by the addition of Arabic coffee, as is one of our Saudi customs and values.

The hotel was super comfy and clean, but the receptionists weren’t very welcoming when we kindly requested an early check-in. However, we entered our room at 4:00 PM. The buffet was huge and delicious with various food options. Will absolutely try it again.
