PakistanEvery time you have to remind them twice like, we asked them to clean the rooms, they forget, however they cleaned it after reminder to them. The reception persons do not attend phone, you have to visit the counter personally.
Spacious Rooms, Location is near to Lulu super market. Rooms were clean Good access to taxi, even at midnight. Staff is supportive, internet was also good.

KatarWe booked a stay at Tujardin Hotel, Jeddah, expecting a comfortable and welcoming experience. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find the main entrance locked, and we were taken inside through a back door. The reception area was completely unattended, and we found a person in a small room who spoke no English at all. We were left waiting until someone who could translate was contacted. After a long wait, we were informed that the room we had booked was not available and that we would be moved to another branch. The second building appeared newly constructed, but unfortunately, the same language barrier existed at this branch as well. Additionally, we were unexpectedly asked to pay a security deposit, which we had never encountered before at any hotel. The most alarming part of our stay was that we found official notices from the Ministry of Tourism posted on the building stating that the facility was to be evacuated and closed for operating in violation of tourism regulations. (I’ve attached images of these notices.) This entire experience was deeply disappointing, stressful, and unacceptable. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property until it is fully cleared and officially licensed to operate. Basic communication, transparency, and legal compliance should be the minimum standards for any hotel.

ZDAVery noisy throughout the whole building. No coffee in room or the entire hotel. One roll of toilet paper and one towel. Very low budget. Not one extra. Couch was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat in and no TV in bedroom. Very loud and can hear people talking in hallway and hear every door shut.

MalezijaIssue(s) we encountered with this property: 1. Upon arrival, not a single staff offer to help with our luggage, although there were 2 staff seating, chatting, and laughing at the counter. When you saw an elderly woman struggling with big luggage, u should come and offer to help! 2. The receptionist speaks very minimal English. 3. There were NO towels, face towels, and door mat provided for the room. Called receptionist, was told to wait wait wait. 10 minutes passed, and no one came to deliver anything. Open the door and see one cleaning staff and, upon request, only provide me with 2 towels and have to argue with him for 1 face towel. Apparently, there is no door mat for this hotel! 4. The room WiFi only connected after 1 hour 5. Check out issue: called for bellboy for luggage help, receptionist with minimal English asked to wait. 10mins past, no one came. I'm about to go down to reception, came across whom I assume the Head of cleaner who was very nice and helpful and helped us with our luggage, our check out up to our uber ride. Overall experience: spacious, clean, and new property, but the management really needs to improve the services and train the staff properly. Take note, we checked in at 4pm and checked out at 930pm on the same day. In these few hours, our stay is definitely not a pleasant one. To repeat stay in the future?, I will certainly not!

Savdska ArabijaThe bathroom had a sewage smell. When I complained they just cleaned the bathroom normally without taking care of the smell. Have to request cleaning by yourself every time you want. Internet instable and didn't reach the entire room. Reception, the bald Egyptian was kind. The other Egyptian though was arrogant and wasn't willing to cooperate with requests. Price wasn't consistent, I paid double of what my relatives paid.
Clean rooms. Quiet location. Two very kind workers (one Ethiopian & one Indian). Very friendly who always greet.
