Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PakistanThe hotel staff was very cooperative and stay was comfortable however there should have been an arrangement for meals in the hotel restaurant. Public transport was easily and readily available at a short distance. It would have been best if the hotel had it's own transport. The location was good. The room was neat and clean however there is a requirement of two bedroom chairs.

Hotel is located in MahbahJin after the tunnel Ajyad WC3. Not so far by Taxi or Bus. Shuttlebus is crossstreet & pick + drop by bab Al salam next Tahalul gate then you Walk 5mins to Mataf Area. The mattrasbed is hard but so good and the pillow too hard! AC is cold. You need to ask cleaning service to vacuum the carpet daily The housekeeping coming every 11 am and Suhail the guy is helpful cleaning our room 510. Thanks Suhail 🙏 Many supermarket shops restaurant are next surronding.. Taxi are available 24hrs

The staff were great – really friendly and helpful. The distance to Haram is bit far, but there are loads of buses right across the road, which is great option. The Haram bustop is like 3-5 min walk to the babul salam gate for tawaf. Just a heads-up: getting a bus right after prayers can be a nightmare, both to and from the Haram. You might be waiting a while. But the system they have is good enough to reduce the waiting time. I'd definitely come back if the price is right. If you want to wash your ihram cloth, can go to Laundy inside Arkan Bakkah Hotel. They only charge SAR6, for 1 pair of ihram (returned within 24 hours).

Well, the hotel is really convenient. The shuttle is bus is very efficient to Haram. For this value, it's really worth it compare to close to Haram but high in price.
