Only thing i didn't expect was staff at reception. There were 2 guys , at start there was a newly employed receptionist he didn't know what i have booked . He told me that i have booked a single person bed . What i actually booked was TWIN ROOM or DOUBLE BED WITH A SINGLE PERSON BED . And then the other guy came and he has some other store to tell me that i have booked a single room and there are 2 single bed . He was trying to convince me that the twin room means two single beds in a single room . At last i told them to give ma at least mattres to sleep with double bed room. Because i was too tired to search for another hotel after driving 1500 km . For reception staff, i will only 2 points out of 10

there was no breakfast available and location was quite far from the masjid only available free transport was a bus which was good but only came at pray times would have been better if it came every 30 mins to 1hr

the staff was very helpful and looked after us well especially when we wanted to extend our stay. additionally when our air conditioner was faulty they sorted it out in a good timing

I stayed here for 10+ days during Ramadan and post-Eid. My stay was comfortable and relaxing. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were good and quick to respond to any kind of request. I found everything very good during my stay. There is an Indian and Pakistani restaurant right on the entrance of the hotel building. A grocery story right in the hotel building and transportation is easy as the hotel located near road. The location is fine if you are young and can bear a 20-25 minute walk to Masjid Al-Nabawi. Nearly 2.4Km. Any transportation will only take 5 minutes to reach the haram. I would love to be there and stay in my future travels as well.

Need a great attention of maintenance of the rooms. Most of basic items need to repair like room door was stuck and hard to open. Washroom shower was leaking. Floor was not balanced that cause the wash rooms wet. No wipers were there to clean.

No breakfast offered. Location is good. Very reasonable distance from Haram and other holy locations. Also plenty of parking available beside the area as well.

Nice hotel and a good location if you are welling to pay Taxi to Haram King Fahad gate daily. Overall it was a good experience. I will definitely go back to this hotel in future.

Issue with cleanliness, Cleaning staff is not professional and they just fulfill the formality and didn’t clean the room and washroom.

lack of attention to basic washroom amenities. There were no slippers provided, which is quite unusual for a hotel at this price range. More importantly, the washroom was missing a wiper, making it inconvenient to keep things tidy. I even asked the hotel staff about this, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address the issue. It’s clear that more focus is needed on maintaining the washrooms and ensuring that guests have all the necessary amenities. This was a major letdown during my stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a busy day. The cleaning was fine, maintaining a normal level of cleanliness throughout my stay. The location was good, The hotel is only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Haram, which is quite manageable only for youngsters, but if you're looking to save some time, a taxi ride only costs around 10-15 SAR and gets you there in just 5 minutes. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth considering for your stay!
