We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaAt the reception, I told them to exchange my breakfast with suhoor since I'll be fasting in the morning. A lot of hotels give this option in Ramadan. They told me that they don't offer suhoor at the hotel so I asked them to give me a room only without breakfast. They then asked me to pay 180 SR (room only) instead of 214 (room and breakfast) as per booking.com. The hotel is really nice with all facilities available. Only the location is not ideal since its far from all the main attractions and I couldn't figure this out on booking.com
