Can be a bit cleaner and kitchen needs more utensils for cooking. Internet needs to be upgraded. Weak connection. Isolation should be thought because it was so disturbing to hear next apartment.

We liked the spacious apartment and amendme ts. Staff was helpful. We recommend They are helpful for check in and out timing. They provided what we asked for.

The space, self entry and privacy.

The apartment was spacious, offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms, totaling roughly 120 square meters. It comfortably accommodated up to 4 guests. Here are the highlights: Cleanliness: The apartment was impeccably clean, making it a pleasant and hygienic place to stay. Cosy Vibes: The warm decor and thoughtful touches throughout the space created a cozy atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. Fully Equipped Kitchen: As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated the full kitchen. It had all the essentials, from cookware to utensils, allowing me to prepare meals effortlessly. Spacious Living Room: The living room was inviting, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. It was an ideal spot to unwind after a long day in alharam. Private Keyless Entry: The convenience of a private keyless entry made check-in and out hassle-free. Public transportation to Alharam: the place offers a 2 min walking distance to makkah bus station which takes you to alharam in less than 15 minutes.

The holder of the main bathroom shower head had slipped and was not properly holding the shower head. There is no sign or name at the entrance of the apartment. It is in a residential building. However, the host was very cooperative and responsive and sent us the location and an individual to help us check in on our arrival.

The Apartment is superb and well-decorated. It fully met my expectations. It has two bedrooms with very comfy beds and beddings, two bathrooms with soap, shampoo and body lotion, a big sitting area with a dining table and TV, and a kitchen with all the necessities i.e fridge, microwave, kettle, stoves. I loved the apartment. Most important is that the host was very responsive and cooperative.

I had to wait too long, and the call center was not honest with me. They promised to prepare my apartment early, but it seemed they only wanted me to pay. I felt like I was caught in the middle of a fraudulent situation.

There is no ramp or any support to bring luggage from outside ( you need to carry heavy bags on steps of entrance and again carry on stairs till to elevator
